I contacted Innoo as I needed a shower tray replaced. Someone came around quickly and gave me an honest quote explaining how the work could be carried out properly without additional costs. Jay came round and the work was carried out efficiently. He kept me informed of what he was doing and tidied up after himself. The whole process of replacing my old Combiboiler with a new boiler from Innoo LTD, from gaining a quote, refining it with them and then the fitting of the new boiler was efficient and clear, with very good communication and timely responses from all involved. The 2 person team fitting it were friendly, helpful, competent and tidy. Also the price of as very competitive. Would definitely recommend based on my experience.

The standard of workmanship is very good. The boiler works perfectly in it's new location now, although it could have been installed at slightly at a lower level - which would have avoided some of the complications with the pipes outside. The agreed was stuck to, which is fantastic as they also fixed a rather serious issue with the mains water feed, which was completely unforseen. I'd happily use the guy's at Innoo plumbing.
