Huge! Plenty for the big and little ones. Really friendly staff, everything is clean and well organised. A little out the way but worth a trip to let kids loose for a few hours. High slide looks a little scary but the trampolines for big and small ones are great. One of the better soft plays in Birmingham in our experience.

I've been bringing my kids to this play area since it's been opened and I can honestly it's the best. The differnet selection the kids have to choose from is just amazing they absolutely love it here and the staff are simply the best with amazing customer service.

A very cheap, fun family day out. Lots to climb, jump and play around on for young kids. Not much for the adults which can be boring. An improvement would be to limit the amount of people inside as it was a busy half term day and the just kept letting people in and it got packed. No one is watching or supervising the kids which will lead to an injury as you've got a bunch of excited kids pushing and shoving. Needs more supervisors or the parents should be allowed on the play equipment to keep better watch. Overall had a fun day for a very good price. Just wish there were more sensible limits on the amount of people inside the building at a time.

We hired for a birthday party and it was an absolutely amazing place to have… the kids enjoyed themselves as well as adults, the staff were welcoming and very helpful, hired our own party room with decor we were not rushed at all during the party. Visited the place last week even though it was really busy the play area was nice and clean with staff regularly going round to ensure no rubbish is on the floor. There’s also a dedicated area upstairs to eat and extra seating available. Halal food is also available which was good to see as not many play centres cater to this. Overall my children loved it, will be visiting again.

Had a party for my son here yesterday and everyone left the party feeling so happy and content! The staff were amazing, they let us take our time and were very helpful, with balloons for the kiddies in the end 🥺. Alia was a gem and made sure we were pleased every moment. This is the first party I’ve ever organised for my son and The PlayStation made it one of the best experiences for me, ever.

What an amazing place for kids! No child will leave disappointed! We had the venue hire option to celebrate a birthday party and the staff were very accommodating! We were not rushed at all and they were always on hand to help!big thanks to Aliya and Aneesa who always answered our questions before the event whenever we called! I have to say this place is very fun and I enjoyed myself too. Lol being an adult Very important note though for all parents: There is 1 huge sleepy lethal slide there. It can cause major injuries and accidents if you let your kids freely go there. It is only for above 7 years old. But even being an adult I was very scared going down it and injured my back when I did eventually succeed in sliding down it. There is a certain way to go down it as well. Don't wear short sleeves here nor shorts. Will cause injuries especially on the slides so be careful.

Always nice and clean best one by far. However needs more adults to ensure no older kids are running around being silly where they can hurt younger kids. They had few very young (looked 15) walking around monitoring the areas but they were terrified to tell a very large bunch of boys (some grown adults) who decided to play in a toddler zone and mess the area up where a fight almost broke out and noone but the customers calmed the situation down. This was a first and hopefully last. Still great just one bad experience

Took my nieces and nephews to the playstation today they enjoyed it so much. Will definitely be coming back. Was super busy yet it was kept so clean by the staff. Friendly staff there too who make you feel so welcomed. They also sell a selection of different hot food and snacks at a good price which you can eat in the seating area upstairs,good for familes and big groups of people who want to take their kids out no matter the weather. I recommend this place to everyone you will not regret it.

Top place to visit with kiddies on a rainy cold day....its probably a tad bit pricier than the standard indoor soft play area but its soo totally worth it...(£28 for 4 adults, 2 children & 3 under 2s) so much variety available and it's so big/spacious so theres no over crowding especially if your abit conscious about covid, lots of slides ranging from baby ones to crazy vertical ones for the older kids, lots of ball pits, little merry go rounds etc, also offer a prayer facility with halal food & lovely seating available upstairs...only reservation is the parking, no onsite parking available so you'll have to park on the side roads...apart from that its super!! Will definitely be visiting again

This place is lovely however more suitable for older kids than the youngsters. Too many wild children without parents supervision throwing balls and going on merry go round too fast no courtsey to younger ones that running everywhere. Definately staff need to set in and warn parents or get them out as it spoils fun for the rest who are playing safety. Plus baby/toddler area had older children 3/4 definately needed staff to step in to intervene and get them removed from section as small area not much space was left for young ones to play in with them playing and taking away cushions soft parts and playing around lego blocks not giving young ones a chance 1 older kid was just hogging on it for long focused playing himself despite it being for younger ones. Due to openess is dangerous for youngsters should be sectioned of more securely for run away toddlers with buggy/push/ride a long things out in open near a round a about is not safe. I liked this place for varietyness, but lacked lights was kinder dull and darkish due to not all lights on. Was cleanliness I spotted staff cleaning mainly focused on the door and front entrance greeting/reception, however around the play activity certain parts lacked cleanliness and definately needs to be looked into, as it could lead to allergy/asthma children to suffer. Certain activity was closed off however was not very clear and confusing for children as they went around the activity course Clear signs however unfountately due to people immaturity signs for ball pit area urgently required no throwing as too much throwing was happening and no consideration throwing outside ball pit and even around young children. Bumper car thingy not working no signs, stairs back stairs is a major hazard very dangerous steps is bumpy. Loved the shoe shelf idea, however didn't understand the coats/jacket where to place them due to no staff telling us and no clear signs. Confusion why seating upstairs when kids downstairs require supervision. Look forward to return once the improvement have been made. 😊

One of the best play centres in Birmingham! Absolutely amazing facilities! A trampoline area, an enormous soft play area and a variety of slides. A suitable toddler and baby play area too with an on site cafe serving good food at reasonable prices. Ideal for parties and private event hire. Hired for a private party, the staff and management were so accommodating and helpful. Will definitely be using again in the future!

We came at 8:15 and the lady at the counter said “we are closing at 9pm” we all agreed and went in. Ten minutes later, the staff started telling people that they had to go. We had to pay £14 for a ten minutes. Next time, do not accept people ! Except that, the place was good

My first visit, safe for kids.. staff helpful, i would suggest for families. They keep an eye on everyone. One star less is for the toilets. Such a big place but only 2 toilet seats for adults and children. Same goes for ladies. They should expand the toilet section saving for toddler's to ruin thier clothes.

Absolutely love going to this place with my son he loves it. The staff the manager and everyone is friendly and attentive. There was a problem with the heating and it seems to be resolved fairly quickly. The owner is always looking to improve the place I have seen bits and bobs overtime that needed attention and with time again the owner has made these changes. The food is fine freshly cooked and the prices are good too £5 for me and my son to play and his 20months. The place is always clean can't really fault it compared to other places where it's filthy and bits of food everywhere. They're eating place is upstairs so the hygiene is good here keeping the 2 places seperate.

Mixed review. The play house is big with lots to do. The only big problem was some of the older kids were wild and mis behaving, especially the older Somalian boys, shouting, swearing and running dangerously without Any care for younger children. No staff patrolling the area to keep order.

Visited for the first time on the morning of 04/04/19 with my 2 children. Lovely staff, lovely venue which was very clean and very welcoming. My children were very happy, kicking and screaming when it was time to leave. About time we as a community have something for our little ones in the local area.

Great soft play centre for the kids, best one we have been to. Staff are great and the fact they have food, deserts and sweet shop on site really helps aswell...selection of slush puppy flavours was ace.... prices are really fair for everything aswell, they could easily charge more but kept pricing low. Play area is excellent for the kids (and big kids) also has a separate trampoline area and go carts up stairs. Would recommend a visit.

Good place to bring in children, though not a very ideal place for toddlers/babies. Has lots of activities for children and a halal cafe which is mostly busy. Don't forget to wear socks otherwise you will be required to buy one for £1 from the reception. Overall not bad.

Visited Birmingham for a day to see SeaLife Aquarium and then took kids to this indoor play area. There is plenty of free parking outside. The staff was very courteous and the play area was neat and tidy. We were carefree after seeing the arrangements at site for all age groups. Very safe for kids to play for couple of hours. Normally go on a weekday went in the half term with my 1 year old, children were running wild pushing past adults and other children who were way younger then them, toddler area is for under 4's but yet there was children about the age of 8-10 jumping everywhere and i felt unsafe as my daughter was so young. The eating area was a mess food left on tables and when asked to clean they wasn't using proper cleaning products just a pack of anti bacteria wipes. Didn't enjoy my experience at all mainly because people were not watching their children at all just sitting in the corner chatting to friends. Equipment is the best around and the staff are lovely so i will come back again but not in half term.

Probably the best play center in Birmingham. Kids love it, prices are fair. Seemed clean. We come here once a fortnight maybe and spend around 1hr 30mins to 2hrs here. It does get quite busy but they are limiting people now due to covid.

This place is huge! My kids love it. Really good food choice. Better than any soft play I've been to. They offer some traditional food among english food as well. The seating is upstairs, a better view of your kids down bellow. Not too bad for a soft play. Even when it's busy it doesn't really feel like it. I'm a very anxious person and hate crowds so this place is big and spacious, so perfect for me as well as the kids.

We had my daughters 3rd birthday here on friday. A brilliant experience. Clean place, food was nice. A really big play area for the children. Staff was nice and really helpful and went out of their way. Minnie and mickey mouse mascots available for affordable prices, my children really enjoyed this. We had a fab party. Would be nice if they had like a music disco type area for children. But overall we thought it was really good. We will be holding parties here in future and definitely visiting it again. Keep it up. This has the potential to be a really good place to take the children. But sadly our experience today wasn't too good. It was so over crowded. No limit on numbers coming in at all. No social distancing, no mask wearing, and adults having a brilliant time running around with their children who were of an age to do it them selves. Signs saying no adults allowed but no notice taken. Big kids in the toddler area, just total chaos and not organised ver ywell. Dont get me wrong its a great place with lots for children but not very well organised. We will try again but will try going earlier to see if it makes a difference

This is a wonderful place. When I first knew about it I set my expectations very low as the previous indoor soft play area I visited was very bad with no food. But when I entered this place I was shocked by the sheer size of it. There was wonderful food and helpful staff. Along with my kids, I even enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this place to all.

I went with my 2 young children and they loved the whole experience and the amount of activities that are available from Toddlers through to Teens. The staff were amazing especially Zara who made sure the kids were safe and happy so I felt I could sit back and relax and let the kids get on with it as the staff employed were very good. Will definitely visit again in Easter holidays! Parking can be a bit of an issue on busy days but most of the times on street parking is easily available! Just watch out for the large trucks driving up and down the road as it’s in a industrial estate. Definitely worth a visit.

visited this place for the first time with my 4 children. this place has so much to do the kids loved it. My 2 children suffer from eczema and have a dust allergy. I must say this place to my surprise was so clean. we have visited many play areas in Birmingham like this and they have so much dust on the equipment that I have to give my kids an antihistamine to control the itching. we stayed well over the time limit today because it was quite nearly 4 hours and not once did I feel I needed to give the kids their medicine for the dust allergy there. My son also came running to me and said mummy this place is so clean there is no dust anywhere I checked all area lol. I had to drag the kids out they were so happy here. they kept saying but were not scratching here so can we stay longer. well done for keeping it so clean will definitely be coming back. the staff is so friendly too.

The Kids enjoyed this place and I would return with them. My concerns are that there is a lack of supervision from staff. The older kids were playing in the toddler areas which made it unsafe for the younger kids to play. Further I'd suggest tighter security leaving the place because I can imagine it would be quite easy for someone to take your child without anyone knowing because it can get very crowded. You'd have to keep a really good eye on your kid's especially the younger ones. Toilet areas were fine. There is food on site. A little too unhealthy so take your own food. On a final note someone stole by baby wipes 🤔..and for a moment I thought someone stole my shoes too but they had been moved so panic was over. Probably a good idea to take a rucksack so you have everything you need on your back. Staff were friendly.

Such a spacious place. My kids loved it, will be coming back. The best thing about it, is that I can sit upstairs with a cup of coffee and watch over my kids. Staff are so lovely with great customer skills, food was cooked very well not overdone like most play areas.

Great place for children! Decent admission prices. Play area seems clean and well taken care of. Signs/rules are clear and there are plenty of them around. 4* because the toilets could be cleaner and the food could be a bit healthier. No healthy options only hotdogs, burgers, chips etc. If you're going and don't want your children eating unhealthy, deep fried foods - take a packed lunch.

First time I visited this place with my daughter and nieces today Easter Sunday. Excellent place and the staff were very friendly. Just the place to enjoy an hour with the kids and become one yourself. The food we tried elsewhere as we booked a place. Kept children entertained for a few hours! The trampolines could do with additional features such as basketball hoops or goals to keep older children engaged. Pleased to see staff cleaning and maintaining play area. Would be nice to know what is unavailable on the menu so i can help children decide what they want to eat. (A little chalkboard perhaps?) Toilets were cleaner than the last time i visited but they definitely need a more professional refit, plus mirrors! I hope the place remains successful and management reinvest into the business.

Tried to book the party for my son`s Birthday, but no one was answering for couple of days. So I decided to visit them . Lovely lady explained that where was a problem with the phone. There was trampolines, very tall scary slides, multi levelled play, shooting guns, a cafe selling hot food and delicious cakes, a sweet shop pick and mix. The only down side is no parking, ignore the signs, and the entrance is hard to find, look for the red double doors. Don't be put of by the entrance room it is a great venue.

Went with kids and paid for admission for 2 adults and 3 kids. AFTER paying and getting in the kids started to play but we found that all the cars had broken steering wheels, the bee roundabout had bee faces hanging off and the ball cannons just did not work. After about 20 minutes there an attendant informed my wife she wasn't allowed to be on the mats without socks. We've been a few times but this must be the first time she just happened not be wearing any. She was told to purchase a pair or had to stay off the mats. You can imagine that with 3 kids there and the entry fee already paid it wouldn't be fair on the kids to leave, so begrudgingly we paid for them. It's not so much the fact that socks needed to be purchased, as it is that they didn't say anything about socks being required before taking out money. No signs in the reception area either so your stuffed if you pay and get in and dont have socks on. Also, a boy got burns from a slide as he was wearing shorts. Yes parents should use some common sense, but again, no mention of legs needing to be covered. My advice to the owners, get some signs up, make sure your staff reiterate clothing requirements before letting people in and take out a maintenance contract for the equipment......and make use of it. Otherwise you're probably not going to be busy for much longer.

There should be a side seating area with tables, parallel to the soft play so adults could sit and keep an eye on their children and therefore no need for socks. First visit. I love it. It was clean. The manager was really nice and friendly. So much for the kids and adults to do. Has two steep looking slides, and smaller long slides, ball pits, little ferriss looking wheel thing, trampolining part, little cars for smaller kids to play in I would say from age 2-5, baby section, sweet corner (basically pick n mix and other sweets) food and upstairs was seating and a decent size party room. Also there is alot of storage (separate little IKEA looking storage boxes) for every ones footwear as no one is basically allowed to wear shoes/trainers in the play areas. Good idea because it's just really clean. Last bit it's has muslims/Arabic run owners! Love it, because I've never known of any place like it, most whacky warehouse type places are in pubs or somthing and just all look the same. It's different. Really like it, it's only been open a few months. Will be going back and would recommend. £6 for 2 hour play. The kids will love it. The food portions are big aswell.

Much needed in the area and the staff were really helpful too. The gallery for the adults to sit and relax was really good and well considered, so was the food with lots of tasty options for proper meals too (had the fresh burgers & cakes which were yummy), plus candy shop was a real treat. This is one of the best playareas I have been to. I'm from leicester and visited Birmingham for the weekend at a friends. We came to The Play Station with the children. The kids loved it. The food there is spot on and a decent price. My daughter hurt herself and the first aid she received from there was five star. Shazia lovely lady was with my daughter for half and hour. Made her comfortable and we even had a giggle it was truly a lovely experience.

There's a good variety of soft play equipment in the main play area, and a separate play area for tiny tots. I was there for 3 hours, and my kids were still wanting more time. The inclusion of trampolines is a nice touch, and there's an ok selection of food and confectionery (better than what Funatics offer). I went on a full price day and wasn't expecting it to be either quiet, or with cuisine de Paris....so i wasn't disappointed. However, I couldn't help but note the following negative points: 1. There were clearly people with shoes on in the 'no shoes' areas and staff appeared selective of whom they asked to remove their shoes. I observed that women were generally not asked (especially if they'd been speaking to the manageress) whereas men were almost always asked (because the manageress wasn't speaking to any of the male parents). 2. Staff were not strict with kids who had been repeatedly asked to stop breaking the 'rules of play' i.e. throwing toys at other kids and generally being obnoxious. Kind of defeats the purpose of having 'Rules of play' in the first place. 3. Staff were also very poor at enforcing the rules with parents; allowing food and drink into the play areas. Overall, the parents who did break the rules, had poor manners and lacked basic etiquette, so it was hardly surprising. 4. The manager's son was taking full advantage of his mother's position by pushing past other kids in the various queues. Staff knew he was doing this and allowed this to continue. Frankly, I found it to be unacceptable considering I'd paid full price for my kids to be there and he was most likely on a freebie! If you're thick skinned like me, you could bite your lip and give it a go. If the above sort of things really bug you, go elsewhere.

Visited The Play Station first impression was wow as didn't expect it to be so big.
