My office only moved to the building less than 2 months ago and I must say the experience so far has been amazing. The entrance reception is quite welcoming and staff were very friendly. Everything and everywhere was quite organized with environment kept clean at all times. The highlight for me was the Wednesday mornings breakfast which is superb. Its also a good time to meet up with other people in the building. In general, I would say my experience so far has been very good with friendly and smiling faces all across the building.

This is a great space for co-working. The team are really friendly and whenever I have had a request or problem it's been dealt with straightaway. There's a nice vibe about the place, it's always clean and well stocked with everything you need for the day. Can't wait until the rooftop terrace opens and I can work in the sunshine too!

We've been using an office space in Bourne House for almost a year now. The Bourne team are a delight and are so friendly and accommodating. Our office space is bright and airy, it doesn't feel like a bog-standard office and the breakout spaces are excellent and inspire creativity. The rooftop garden is a great benefit, especially in the warmer months to relax eating lunch or have a meeting.

Best Office environment i have worked in! The Ladies that run the building, are always very welcoming and go the extra mile to help all office and building users. The building is located with easy access to all things you need and has the best rooftop space for those Sunny days! Really does feel like one big company, even though its separate office space.

Nice shared office space with very friendly staff and tenants. Good mix of break-out areas, kitchens, rooftop garden and meeting rooms. And it's only a 5 min walk to the beach if you need some fresh air. There's lots of parking around (not free, though I think you can buy a "season ticket"), but I've been cycling along the sea front and keeping my bike in the bike sheds, great way to get into work each day!

Absolutely amazing office spaces at both locations. Hiring the meeting room was super easy, and the friendly team booked us in, presented a lovely sign outside the room with our company name, and greeted the client in on the day. Both myself and the client felt relaxed and comfortable using the space which is beautifully decorated. Looking forward to using the meeting rooms more, and making use of the catering options for longer larger meetings too.

Powerplay have had a few different offices in both Bourne Gardens and Bourne Space buildings over the last 3 years and thoroughly recommend them if you are looking for a contemporary managed office with friendly staff. Great location, bright contemporary offices and superb customer service from the Bourne Space team! Not forgetting the roof terrace and summer events. Thank you Bourne Space girls!

Great office Space in town. Been in Bournespace 2 years now and what a great place to have an office. bright, modern and funky office spaces. 2 miniutes from the beach and very helpful, and knowledgeable staff members on hand to assist. lots of social activities too, really cant imagine our business being anywhere else!

What attracted us to Bourne Space initially was the prominent location in Bournemouth, the facilities and the friendly team who were helpful with the move and really efficient in setting up the communications side of things. What’s kept us here for 18 years is that they don’t put on a show to get you into the facility and then lose interest as soon as you’re in. In fact, our experience of the team, the facility and the service are that it just keeps getting better. The most important feature of Bourne Space is the assistance from the team. By having a dedicated team manning the foundations of the business, it frees our team up to focus on recruiting. As we have been here for 18 years, we have moved offices and floors within the building numerous times, the Bourne team help with patching in our network, helping us set up our new workspace and ensuring the minimal amount of downtime to our staff which is invaluable.

Excellent, flexible office spaces! Our business has grown in the two years we've been here and moving to larger units within the building has been very straightforward. Bourne Space has a communicative and active front reception team, the building is always fresh and clean. There are a number of useful communal spaces, bike storage and a lovely roof terrace.

Really great and professional looking offices. The internal staff are amazing and incredibly helpful. The common rooms are super clean and we have every amenity we would need available to us. The rooftop is great in the summer for a quick break and as a great party/meeting space with an incredible view of Bournemouth town centre.

Sufficient kitchen facilities mean you don't have to queue your whole lunch break to heat up your soup. There's a smart break-out room and a large roof terrace to grab a quick bit of respite.
