I have been having Chiropractic treatment from Leslie for over 25 years. When I first went see Leslie he was practising in Winchmore Hill, a part of Enfield in North London. Leslie resolved a long standing back injury for me and the treatment I had from Leslie was always of a very high standard, he also gave excellent advice on exercise and care of my back and other issues I was suffering with. I always leave his treatment room feeling much better ! When Leslie moved to Bournemouth I tried many other Chiropractors in or around Enfield and a much wider area but found none came close to the treatment and care I received from Leslie, so eventually I contacted him and asked if I could continue as his patient in Bournemouth, to which he readily agreed. I now make regular trips to Bournemouth to see him, a trip of about 125 miles and Leslie will also take the trouble to fit me in when I am in need of an “emergency“ appointment. Leslie’s treatment is always very gentle and his wider medical knowledge is invaluable. I highly recommend a visit to him if you have need of a back injury or any of the many other problems that he can treat.

But since I had one treatment with Leslie, I felt that I got a really good chiropractor who knows what he is doing. When I arrived for a consultation with Leslie, I had already sought advice from a number of different practitioners for my back pain and sciatica. I felt that Leslie actually took genuine interest in my condition which was a great source of comfort in itself! Each visit convinced me of his wealth of experience and professionalism. Leslie is a miracle worker. He has treated me in the past for a couple of minor matters but when I broke my shoulder in a scooter accident he was an absolute godsend. He is hugely experienced in many fields and his knowledge and application sets him apart from others. Without him I doubt my recovery would have been as quick and in less than eight weeks from the accident I was able to head off to india for an intensive yoga retreat. I have recommended him to many friends and all have been delighted with their treatments. I can not recommend Leslie highly enough - he is professional, skilled and kind.

7 years after my scoliosis correction procedure I started having excruciating pain and horrible headaches for almost a year and was taking extremely strong pain killers on a daily basis. Having had many x rays and visits to different specialist doctors they had no helpful answers of what was causing the pain. I’m not normally a person that does reviews, but after 2 years of suffering with bad lower back pain and now being totally free of it I have to share my story. From age 16 I started working in the building industry as a carpenter and then in the glazing industry, my body has taken a lot of strain over the years (I’m now 54). For the past two years I’ve had hideous lower back pain, my gp told me it’s wear and tear, so man up and live with it!! I sought various alternative therapies and wasted plenty of money and time on acupuncture , massages etc etc etc. Whilst on holiday in Westbourne I googled various back practitioners and came across Leslie. I decided to give him a go, after a first examination and Gentle bending in various positions ( not painful) I was given a stretching plan, I had a second visit, with a bit more manipulation and given some further regular stretches. I AM PAIN FREE and very mobile again exactly 8 days after first visit. Thank you Leslie you’re a total genius.

I made an appointment with Leslie. After three treatments I am now fully recovered. He is excellent. He took my medical history, carefully examined me, and soon diagnosed the problem. He explained it in terms I could easily understand and gave me loads of information about how I can avoid a recurrence of the injury. I was suffering with a pinched nerve in my neck, causing pain in my neck upper back and down my right arm to my hands, with several numb fingers. After suffering for a week whilst away on holiday I visited my GP on my return who prescribed some pills and sent me on my way. These had no effect at all after several days, so I took it on myself to see a Chiropractor. Leslie Budzynski set me on my course to recovery, I started to improve after my first few visits and within six visits was 90% recovered. He started off by showing me a model of a spine and pointing out where my trapped nerve was and how the movement of the vertebrae when moving my head was pinching the nerve causing the pain to shoot down my arm. Arming me with this knowledge helped me greatly as I was able to adapt my behaviour to minimise the pain and aid my recovery. He also manipulated my neck and massaged the surrounding muscle which was very tense. It is a very miserable time when you are in constant pain, Leslie knows exactly what you are going through, and his empathy and skill is worth every penny of the cost. He is very easy to get on with and we had some very good chats during my visits. I’m convinced I’d have been no further forward had I just stuck with the pills my GP prescribed as no other advice or treatments were offered. I therefore wholly recommend Leslie if you are suffering with any Musculoskeletal problems.

Lesley was fantastic. I had a recurring back pain which also effected movement in my neck. He saw me last minute on Xmas eve when he had left the office, but kindly stayed on to see me. After the first session the pain subsided and I was able to move my neck properly just 24 hours after the treatment. After the 2nd session the pain has completely gone. Lesley is a brilliant chiropractor and there is parking out the front of the building, which makes visiting him easy especially if you are in pain.
