We have dealt with the manufacturer for months without result. Karl was able to come in and diagnose the issue within an hour. He later sourced the parts which arrived the next day and we were back in business.
Karl even checked over the entire bench without us asking and notified us of a few bolts that have come loose over time which he had tightened. We will definitely be contacting him for our bench repair needs.
