I first became a patient after experiencing back and neck problems many years ago when it looked as if I might need an operation on my neck. After several months of treatment, no operation was needed. Since then I have called on Dr Zahedi's expertise on other injuries, from back, knees and shoulders, all of which have been treated to the highest standard and after a couple of visits, the problem has been resolved. Not only is she a very experienced chiropractor, she is also very caring and has time for her patients, never are you rushed after a set time, she treats you for as long and as much as you need. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Dr Zahedi to anyone, they could not ask for someone better or better treatment.

Prior to coming to see Dr Zahedi, I had tried several other chiropractors, who looking back on it appeared to have an agenda of giving me some pain relief, but leaving me dependent on regular visits to obtain that relief. Dr Zahedi from the first session gave me pain relief, but also exercises to prevent the pain from returning. She is very principled, ethical, experienced, and has freed me from back pain that had for years, frequently immobilised me. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Dr Zahedi has been my chiropractor for over 23 years and has treated me as and when needed, mostly for a curvature of the spine, but also for sports injuries, or accidents which have been very varied. She is the physician I go to first because I trust her 100% and in my opinion her treatments are the best I will receive anywhere. She has 45 years experience, and treats the whole person, with me also relating to weight and posture, with dietary help (I lost a much needed 30 lbs over 8 months with her help and encouragement,) and also with stretches, which I have found invaluable. For example I had a problem following an arthroscopy when I could not stop limping, and no-one (including my physiotherapist,) knew how to help me. She gave me a simple stretch and almost overnight I stopped limping. When I broke my wrist she helped me though it with excellent physio and adjustments at the correct time to do it. She has always given me the time I need during each consultation and treatments, and has never over-treated me by making me come for too many appointments. She is a good listener, very honest and straight talking with advice but also very kind and discusses everything with you. She gives the necessary treatment as gently as possible, and I always come away from her feeling much improved. She has made herself available to me at very short notice when I had injuries in the past for which I will always be very grateful. I tried other practitioners before I found Dr Zahedi, so I must add that I like the fact that she is an independent physician, i.e not working for a chain of chiropractors, so there is no pressure on her to treat a quota of clients per day, and you will never be given a 15 minute slot and then pushed out the door. You couldn't be in safer hands than those of Dr. Zahedi.

I became Dr Zahedi's patient long time ago when she had first treated me for the persistent back pain. Since then Dr Zahedi helped me on many occasions not only with the back and neck problems but also, on recommendation from a general practitioner, with a more recent ankle injury. About 10 days ago, I developed a severe pain in my right shoulder blade which was prevented me from writing, carrying things and using the mouse on the computer. Pain killers such as ibuprofen and paracetamol were of very little help. Following a recommendation from my son (who had last year been to the Centre for neck problems), I made an appointment and started receiving treatment in the Chiropractic Centre. I felt a significant ease in the pain from the very first therapy session and, after 3 session, today I feel fully recovered from the pain. I am grateful to Dr Zahedi for the treatment and advice she gave me and am very happy to recommend the Centre.

On 30 January I injured my back doing some DIY, I suffered almost continuous back pain, and I had considerable difficulty getting in and out of cars, this went on for many months, then a friend with a Nursing background advised me see a Chiropractor, and another friend recomended the Chiropractic Treatment Centre in Bournemouth, on arrival I had a thorough medical history review with Dr Zahedi followed with X-rays on the premises which was brilliant, no waiting for an appointment, Dr Zahedi then carried out some spinal manipulation the result of which was amazing, I could touch my toes again, Dr Zahedi also gave me some exercises to do and after a futher two treatments advised that my back flexibility was good and that I did not require any further treatment. I shall allways remember how I felt as I walked out of the Chiropractic Treatment Centre after my first treatment with my life back, no longer walking like an old man. Thank you Dr Zahedi..
