I have no enough words to express my gratitude for the best customer service I received from Jack Smith at Jump Car. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me informed and updated me on all what he was going on and what next to do. There was no pressure on making my decision on the car I wanted. I made an informed decision at my own pace. Jack was there to give advice based on his experience in the field. I will never doubt this company, it delivers what they promise. I dealt with other staff as well when Jack was busy, they were polite and passed on the messages to Jack in a timely manner, and got call back within few minutes. If there was more than 5* I will give them 10 out of 10. I can't wait to get into my new set of wheels...

Swift response, had been refused by other finance company due to unforeseen circumstance. I applied for single loan and expressed I was looking for a focus or seat. I was quickly given a choice of 4 vehicles (3 focus and 1 seat), and chose a focus, which turned out to be a really good deal, it was affordable and being 2017 reg, meant very low car tax and a CD player inside. The newer model has higher tax and no CD player. Gates even put on smart refurbished alloys o the car. The car was moved to my local gates dealership, MOT'd and I had the vehicle within 4 days of applying for loan. I needed a vehicle quickly and Jump car finance were excellent in helping me.
