After a bit of hard searching and decision making they found me the perfect car that i was looking for. It took some time to reach that decision but when i did it was the right one. Just wanted to say thanks to Brad and Steve in helping my acquire a car I have been wanting to buy for years - a Golf R32. I have never used a third party finance company before, however I was really pleased with the service and support I received. What I like about their service was that they background checks into various dealers to see if they are legitimate and worth dealing with. This resulted in 2 cars/dealers not being suitable following their background checks and I am extremely grateful for this, as without them, I could have been getting involved in something that wasn't in my interests. It was quite a stressful process in finding the perfect car, however QCF did everything they could to make it as smooth as it could be. Now I have my car, I couldnt be happier. So Easy!!! Got in contact Saturday went home in a new car Monday! The guys are really good! Ollie dealt with my loan request he handle the whole experience in a professional manner. The only downside was i felt the company was racially profiling me, with a very strange request no doubt from ollies upline to take a picture in front of my house with the door open to prove my identity which to date I can not find anyone who don't think it was out of line even the dealer that I collect the car from thought it was strange request. When I question the strange request and ask for the company to sends me pictures of other applicants with pictures in front of their property also request they shouldn't be pictures of ethnic minorities. The company soon found a correct and professional way .that's why only 4 stars.

I arrived here with an idea of what I wanted, it was over the weekend I applied and Monday morning 9am I was given Charlie George as my account manager. He was fantastic from the get go, contacted me immediately to find out more and discuss further. Was happy to communicate via text, email or phone.
