C. L.At the most emotional of times, you need someone who sorts out the details of your funeral for you, whilst explaining things to you and understanding your needs. From the first encounter with Helen, and subsequent contact with Gareth, we had the best of help and support, their customer care skills are excellent and they achieved just the right level of sympathy and respect with an important element of humour. We hope not to have to use them again, but if the need arises, they will definitely be our first port of call. I'm very grateful for the way they eased us through the process.

C. T.Amazing support and empathy shown by all staff but have to mention Helen and Natalie. Nothing too much trouble. My mum really warmed to them and carried out all my mum's wishes for my dad. We had a humanist service and again linked us in with a lady they thought mum would get on with Ceri-Lou of Cherished moments. Would definately recommend.
