Gareth attended twice when my mother was transitioning to a smart tv and sky Q. The original sky Q engineer hadn’t installed it properly and gave an appointment for 2 weeks before they would come and correct the issue. Gareth came out on the day and fixed multiple technical issues. He was patient, polite and professional and I (we) my family, highly recommend him.
