What a wonderful couple! They made me feel so comfortable straight away. Michael was so friendly and really put me at ease. I felt so relaxed during the session and since the session a week ago I have lost 4lbs. I have stopped drinking fizzy drinks and am drinking so much more water. I haven't touched cakes or chocolate and have stopped snacking! I am hoping the weight loss will continue! Thank you Michael

My first time visiting a hypnotherapist was yesterday... Needing help with anxiety and a nervous disorder. I was made to feel totally at ease straight away. The session lasted 2 hours approx one hour was trance time (much to my shock) it seemed minutes. Coming out of Michael's home I felt so relaxed and better in mind. I have experienced aching legs for over 30 years. Having blamed this on standing all day at work I would elevate my legs in the evenings in an attempt to alleviate the pain. Six years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after suffering from extreme fatigue and noticing that the ache was also in my arms, neck and shoulders. Researching many different ways to ease the pain and fatigue I have tried compression devices, painkillers, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), massage guns and cold showers among many other ideas. On visiting Michael I felt that I had nothing to lose in trying a Hypnotherapist and found him to be friendly and professional. After the first session I came away with no aches in my limbs for the first time that I can remember. I can not explain how but for me the session was extraordinary. Michael had explained that it would take more than one session to help with my problems and I have since been back to have another session. Currently I remain pain free with less fatigue and know that if necessary I will be able to return for a top up session. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Michael for his help with my problem and would recommend him to you if you were having the a similar problem.

I was going to review in two weeks time. Just for an update. I went to Michael for weight loss. I have struggled with emotional eating. Turning to food to cheer myself up, and have gain an excessive amount of weight and lost alot of confidence. I visited Michael Saturday and it's only been 4 days and lost 5 pounds already. I haven't snacked, I haven't wanted to even on rough days or even when I'm bored. I've been cooking incredibly healthy meals and haven't even thought twice about it. I can't wait to see what the future holds. But this man and his wife were so sweet kind and caring I would recommend him all day long. I'm so glad I found him. I went to Michael 4 months ago very sceptical about going i went for impulsive disorder couldn't stop changing vehicles I've had 4 sessions for the impulsive buying my cars or motorbikes as you probably understand it cost me a lot of money and I've not had the feeling to change anything Michael and his wife are lovely so welcoming Michael loves a joke and playing tricks on you very professional if you got any problems that's not on his page ask him as there so much more that he does that's not advertised I've gone for a weightloss session now which have definitely changed the way I think of food if you in a stressful job go to see Michael for the hour you will come out stress free guaranteed its worth the 40 just for the relaxation see you again soon michael the 5 star don't do him justice 😊

Absolutely Amazing i went to see Michael two weeks ago for weight loss and i asked him if he could put me off wine, he said that would take a few sessions but kindly included it anyway. I can honestly say that i have not had any alcohol since i have lost half a stone already and i have never ate so healthily in my life. I felt totally relaxed during the session and that feeling has stayed with me since. I would highly recommend and have done three of my friends have been since and are loving the results. Miracle worker Im still amazed by what Michael has done for me after just 1 session in 5 days ive lost 4lb without really trying! Not only do i suffer with an underactive thyroid, which makes it harder to lose weight, im also a terrible dieter whos tried so many!! Ive felt fuller quicker and have barely snacked on anything! I must say he is such a character and put me at ease with his wonderfully funny stories, his wife was also so welcoming Im excited to book a different session!

Absolutely amazing!!!!!! My first session was for weightloss. I had no change. I called and said, also explained that I'm really stressed could that inhibit it working? He said yes, so for second free session I had weightloss and stress. Not been quite a week and I haven't had any chocolate (was having 2 bags a day!!) Drinking water eating healthy and I'm noticing a difference in my trousers. I'm also feeling calm and and cautiously hopefully that things are gonna be ok.
