Lovely venue and a great treatment. Richard is professional, very knowledgeable and caring. Had a Osteopath treatment yesterday and my stiff neck and shoulders feel so much better today - always come out feeling looser. Osteopathy and Richard have really helped me with my pain and keeping my body moving. Would highly recommend and what a bonus that you can treat yourself to a tea and piece of cake on your way out :-)

My new favourite coffee place! ☕ Warm welcome, spot-on coffee and non-plastic takeaway cups! 🌱 There is also a physiotherapist's on the upper floor where my husband has received expert advice and very effective treatment for a shoulder injury. We ❤️ wellbean.

A wonderful cafe with a great relaxing atmosphere and a very professional and competent team of health practitioners. My osteopathy session with Richard was extremely good. He has an intuitive touch and seems highly skilled at what he does. He got me walking without pain again. Highly recommended.
