J. J.Great co working space. The staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The cafe has great food, staff and coffee. The coffee in the kitchens for the members is the best coffee I've ever had. I've used the podcast studio which is perfect for recording podcasts! It's also a lot more affordable than other co working spaces in the city.
R. W.The space at Plus X is amazing, the building is huge but it doesn't ever feel imposing. The workspaces are clean, comfortable and lovely to work in. There’s a lot of natural light and it feels very fresh and airy. The team are all really friendly and helpful which is really nice after working from home for so long! There is a fab coffee shop with really great food (and good vegan options) and the rest of the facilities are equally impressive. I would recommend coming for a trial day to see for yourself! I can’t wait to get more involved in the community side of things, they offer yoga, events, networking and a social up on the roof terrace (with views across Brighton!). Honestly I cannot say enough good things about this place!

With hot desks, fixed desks and private offices available, there is space for all different types of businesses and company sizes. The specialist facilities (podcast suite and photography studio as well as prototyping lab), business support programmes and roof terrace are some of the highlights. I think it's the best place to work in Brighton!
D. T.I'm absolutely delighted to be working at Plus X Brighton. Although still in development, the building is incredible and - as someone who runs a small company - it has everything I need. There's fantastic meeting rooms, private booths (for calls), and plenty of other work space to roam around throughout the day if I don't want to stay in the same place. Additionally, the team of people working there are first-class - incredibly friendly, helpful and happy to have a chat. I'd recommend Plus X to people looking for space to work.

S. W. V.We’ve been operating out of PX for a year now and very glad we moved in. The building is light, airy and spacious with considered design. The building team are helpful and quick to respond and the BRITE team just as much. From our 12 desk private studio space we have access to further coworking desks, meeting rooms, phone booths, fab labs and recording studios, perfect for a transitional phase post-COVID. And now with the Cafe Domenica on site, fresh coffee and sandwiches and cake.
J. P.Plus X has been a gamechanger for me! I'm a filmmaker and it's a great place to come and write. Everyone is so lovely, there's a great atmosphere in the building. The team is wonderful, so welcoming and helpful. The decor is exciting, the whole building is exciting. It feels great to be part of it from the beginning. The rooftop bar is going to be epic! I can't recommend this place enough!
P. B.We used one of their rooms recently to film some interviews. They've clearly put a lot of thought into the design of the building. To paraphrase William Morris, it's both beautiful and functional. With good natural light and sound proofed walls, it worked a treat. Plus the staff super friendly, efficient and helpful to boot. E. A.Plus X and the amazing team and members have been the highlight of my year. We joined the Innovation Hub in September and it has been such a positive change from 'trying' to work from home. The support from the Plus X team has been incredible. There is always a warm welcome when we arrive and they seriously go above and beyond to ensure we have a really pleasant experience and working environment. In terms of other members of Plus X, we love coming into the office to see everyone. It is a great community, everyone is so kind and respectful of each other and I never want to leave!

V. W.Lovely space to work with loads of natural light on every floor and nice mix of quieter and more buzzy areas. I've been impressed by hot they are on social distancing too. Each time I've found it easy to find somewhere to settle in and on sunny days the roof terrace is a big plus!

I love how in integrity it is to its purpose and vision. It's also beautiful, designed with people and planet in mind, with a lot of space to roam and rooms to suit all of your work and creative needs. And there's great coffee, fab teas, even a sparkling water tap, and the attention to detail with the air fresheners and the guide to working at your optimum is just fantastic! Plus, Alex is the biggest babe you could ever hope to meet <3
My business will be based there and when I come back to visit from building The Joyful in the north, I'll be very pleased to work from the Plus X space too!

E. B.I felt in love with the building at first sight. It's modern and airy, with lots of cozy and nicely design spots for deep-dive work and meetings. My business also qualified for the BRITE programme that helps us scale-up and develop a new product. Plus X community is friendly and helpful. The building has a podcast studio where we record Surpass Your Potential Podcast, and a content production studio where we film content for ourselves and our clients. Honestly, this place has everything a business owner or freelancer might need. Highly recommended!

The building has everything you need - whether you want to work quietly or surrounded by others. It gives me the space to do everything I need; hold client workshops and meetings, join online calls in a private space, get some focus time in a quiet room or socialise with other businesses.
Their tea and coffee is amazing too!

The staff are always on board to both welcome and enhance your working day be that through grabbing you a coffee, supporting your latest project or an intro to a relevant person (a particular shout out here to Location Manager, Alex Young who has supported me on various endeavours).
Plus-X is situated within easy walking distance to fabulous Brighton and is placed in the up and coming area of Lewes road. You only have to spend a moment on the roof terrace to realise its potential.
All this combined with having excellent local coffee, a key focus on wellbeing, a building brimming with real plants and smiley staff makes it an excellent place to be productive.
D. L.Plus X Brighton is the new office facility, with supporting state of the art workshop and media facilities. Based at the heart of the regeneration of Preston Barracks on the economic corridor into Brighton.
The team are very welcoming and passionate in delivery of their ethos of innovation and collaboration.
I have been fortunate in be welcomed into the building during the final building elements are concluded and experienced the office workspaces. The work spaces provided are fresh and innovative, opening networking relationships, with every detail thought of creating a captivating working environment.

J. T.PlusX is a wonderful co-working space with an incredible lab. Everything in the lab is brand new and massive! There is a wonderful community of people here, a lovely team running things and some world-class office dogs (there are dog-free zones if thats not your thing). I'm very happy here and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for either co-working space, a resident's desk or access to a maker-lab.
C. H.As a small business we were seeking a flexible space that could offer much more than a desk. Plus X provides a place to work, meet other like minded entrepreneurs or experts, meet clients in casual or private and so many possibilities for events, video production & podcasting. In-house expertise, friendly and engaging staff, modern but appealing design and lots of light, it’s a space & community I’m proud to be a part of. I travel by train and the station is a 10 minute walk or for me a 2 minute cycle ride.

The building is brand new and very comfortable to work in. All amenities that are included are always freshly stocked. The Fruit delivery on Tuesdays is a nice touch as well! Can't weait for the roof terrace bar to open, as it is such a nice space to relax in!

Not only is the building conducive to a productive work day, but the wellness features and cheery faces make for such a positive experience. I. S.I have rented a desk space here for a couple of months when I am as busiest with my property business and need to have a place where my staff can touch base with me and a safe to keep keys and all I need.
Working here is absolute bliss. It's clean, quiet, friendly, lovely coffee, various places to sit, either open or tucked away in a corner or a booth for privacy. I get tons done and come here to clear my head and plan my next days work in piece from family's hustle and bustle. Best decision I have made since starting my company . The place is open 24/7 which means I get on with stuff at weekend in peace. I will continue to have my desk here - simply love the place and the people in it!

A. Y.I had a tour of this fabulous new facility recently and was extremely impressed by the measures PlusX is taking to reduce their environmental impact. They have a zero to landfill policy, use local suppliers and many of their tables are made from recycled material. They also have fabulous R and D space for start ups. I wish them every success.

e. g.Plus X Brighton is a beautiful building to work in. It's flooded with natural daylight and you'll find yourself surrounded by sophisticated design, superb facilities and a friendly community. The product prototyping workshops and media suites are a special feature which sets Plus X apart alongside it's business support programmes. I particularly enjoy the collaborative meeting rooms, quiet area for a deep work and also getting lunch at the in-house cafe and eating my lunch up on the open air rooftop.
