As a new not for profit community group that is supporting refugees, we were really struggling to find somewhere to meet together. The Projects responded to us immediately and were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They treat us the same as any paying business and that has really helped the whole group to feel valued and incentivised. The facilities are second to none, easy to use tech, beautiful room, easy access, refreshments on hand - all absolutely ace. Their support means that we will be able to achieve our goals way quicker and less stressfully. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check this workspace out.

Definitely recommend Projects for anyone who wants nice work place and being in a nice community. The space is nicely designed and clean. It gives really good work atmosphere. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful in many ways. I have been enjoying complimentary boxing class. (There are also other classes like yoga) On top of that, every Friday drink and some events are another joy to be at Projects. It’s a great place to meet new people. Plus, the cafe on the ground floor has a nice coffee and is veggie friendly.

We recently used one of the meeting rooms. The room was tip top, exactly what we needed, and beautifully decorated too. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice and clean. The perfect co-working/office space! We have a 4 person office at Projects having moved from another co-working office in Brighton at the end of 2021. I cannot speak more highly of Projects - it is SO much better than our previous office, or indeed any other co-working spaces I've used in London/elsewhere. The team are amazing and there to help whenever needed. The space is beautifully designed and super functional with really nice meeting rooms and communal areas (including a terrace). They offer loads of cool events too, like yoga, HIIT, paddleboard to use etc. Oh, did I mention is practically on the beach?? We've certainly found our new work home!

Projects is an incredible coworking space right near the sea front! Not only are the staff unbelievably kind and helpful but the building is super kitted out for all your needs from phone booths to meeting rooms and even an on-site gym and caf. Being a member gives you access to free yoga classes, exclusive events, Friday drinks, networking activities & so much more (including a paddle board!). I can’t recommend this space enough - they have found a beautiful harmony between work and well-being & have created a gorgeous community of likeminded individuals who care about the people and planet. 10/10

I can get my job done really well here, which is what matters the most to me. My job is intense and demanding. I use the quiet floor and the booths the most. It took me a couple of days to work it out. What I really like about the Projects is the atmosphere created by the management team. Very friendly and helpful. And also into healthy lifestyles like me. Their cafe and their activities are great. I have felt very welcome! Location is fantastic as well. And the decoration is beautiful! The terrace is great. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is kept clean. I couldn’t ask for anything more! I’m really looking forward to the new building opening soon with gym and all!

Welcome to the best working space in Brighton. Starting with the friendliest staff/concierge/reception team on the Sussex coast, you're straight into the hustle and bustle of the integrated Lost in the Lanes cafe - a great communal space that's all part of the co-working experience. First impressions are always 'swanky', 'oh my gosh', 'wow this is smart'. It is, however, not intimidating in anyway, Beth and Alex are quick to welcome visitors and are very professional yet laid back enough to bring things down to earth in that 'impress your clients but don't suck up' kind of way. Maybe you like to work in peace and quiet? Don't worry, there's rooms, floors even... for that! Plugs a plenty! Superfast broadband - all the usual mods and cons you'd expect from a co-working/office space. Free tea and coffee, table football and a Pac-Man table... you get the idea. Flush design throughout with nice branding and a minimalistic approach (my personal preference). The team work consistently to develop and grow the building, along with its many occupants, to be accommodating, to grow and expand along with all of us that call this place our 'office'. Summary: just come and see for yourself, you'll be welcomed with open arms. Everything you need to run a business, in one, conveniently close to Brighton Beach, location. I have worked in lots of great workspaces in Brighton and London but none compare to Projects... The team here always go above and beyond finding solutions for us. The location is second to none in the centre of the Brighton Lanes and by the beach. Projects doubles up as a stunning boutique events space. But the thing that makes Projects truly unique is the sense of community.

Don't think twice about signing up to Projects! Firstly, the space is BEAUTIFUL, airy, well lit, and filled with plants to support your productivity and good mood. The staff is always super helpful and kind! And the food at Seeds is delicious, healthy and vegan (I still can't believe vegan food can be this tasty). Best co-working space in Brighton!

A perfect co-working space! Not only is it beautiful and modern, but the people there are lovely. The building is full of plants and is bright and open, so you never feel like you're trapped in an office which I appreciate. There are always community events going on so you can socialise and network with the other members - it's nice to be able to take a 10 minute break for the coffee morning and chat to people! Plus the Projects staff are wonderful and very welcoming, you feel like a part of the family the moment you join :)

I feel very grateful for having found The Projects in Brighton. After working in various co-working spots across the world, this is comfortably the best place I’ve come across. The physical space is a real treat. As well-being lovingly designed, there is a fine balance between quiet working places for when you need to get your head down and social rooms for when you’d like company and collaboration. Being a mere 50 metres from the sea you can also enjoy a delicious dip post-work ( at least in August!) or enjoy a beverage or two on the rooftop terrace. The activities, from coffee walks to Monday meditation allow you to network and relax in equal measure but it’s the people, that really make this place stand out. Other members welcome you as if you’d known them for ages (no awkward first day at school vibes) and are super open to share and collaborate, while the wonderful Projects team of Beth, Sam and Mila are a delight. They instantly make you feel at ease and are super supportive. I am starting a social enterprise, and they’ve already introduced me to various people in the space in Brighton as well as kindly promoting our work. I couldn’t be happier with the Projects and I’ve found just what I was looking for. A place I feel at home with people I look forward to seeing every day :)

It's honestly really great working at Projects - the staff are so welcoming and friendly, it's in a great location, there are some great work spaces here and all are clean, well-kept and you can grab a decent coffee. You've got spaces where it's social and spaces where people can just get head down and crack on. There are sound-proofed booths for making calls when you need a bit of guaranteed bit of peace and quiet. It's been real quick and easy to meet other people here too. After checking out a few places around Brighton I would say Projects is hands-down the best co-working space in town. Highly recommend!

Working at The Projects has been an absolute pleasure. As an IT contractor that used to work from the confines of my home finding this co-working space has helped me immensely with both my productivity and my mental health. The staff and all the projects members I've met are amazing people full of smiles. The space is kept clean and tidy and you have a variety of desk options to choose from. If you're looking for a coffee shop atmosphere you can find a seat by the ground floor coffee shop (which serves great food and coffee to boot); or you can head up to any of the quieter open offices for more serious quiet time and focus. I honestly can't recommend The Projects enough if you're looking for an office to work from away from home.

Everything you've read is true! Projects is not just a wonderful co-working space, it's a community of warm and friendly people, supported by the absolutely wonderful Beth, Mila and Sam. Having worked in many shared spaces, I can honestly say, it's the best by a mile. Aside from the working spaces, there's yoga, meditation, coffee mornings and Friday drinks - everything is genuine and generous. Even if you enjoy working from home (or working from cafe), it's well worth mixing it up and working from Projects.

I'm so happy with this place that I am voluntarily writing a positive review before anyone has even asked me to do so. Only been here for a day but that's enough time to objectively vouch for the: 1. Perfect location. 2. Greatly designed and taken care of interiors/rooms/furniture (the place feels upscale) 3. Friendly and helpful staff 4. Intelligent layout to suit multiple work-types (e.g. rooms where you can chat on the phone, coffee casual area, and silent room for focused work). 5. Friendly members. It costs money to join a co-working space, so only people that really want to come here will do so 6. Nice little perks all over such as coffee/tea, magazine subscriptions, concierge service, organised events, and other little details/surprises waiting for you 7. And if you don't like it or change your mind, there is great flexibility to cancel/change your plan anytime. You can also try it for free for a day to see if you like it. But of course, the most important thing is that the people here are AMAZING. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and interesting. You will make friends here even if you don't try

From the moment I signed up for my free trial day to work here everything was easy and smooth. A very simple let us know you are coming. There was no app to install or complicated instructions to follow to get access. Just show up and start working. Initial impression as soon as you walk into the space is that it is very nice, clean and cool. Perfectly air conditioned space with a very friendly staff. I got a tour of the entire space, and a free iced latte to start my day. The wifi was fast and easy to get connected. A great aspect of working here are that there is lots of space with multiple floors and varying levels of quiet and activity. This is great, you get to pick your level of comfort for a co-working experience, the higher up you go the quieter it gets. There are private call rooms available on some floors, and conference rooms available for a reserved cost. Overall one of the best co-working experiences I have had. I look forward to returning to work the next time I am in Brighton.

Lovely office space, and great location. However, it wasn't a comfortable place for working all day on the phone, this was rectified by Beth, who was very helpful in explaining trial days are usually offered and resolved this appropriately. If I had been in another line of work this environment in the office would have been perfect, very spacious and modern place, which is in a perfect location.

I started using Projects when the company I work for elected to keep their offices closed until summer 2021. The team were incredibly welcoming from the moment I called to inquire, and didn't seem to bat an eyelid when I mentioned I'd like to bring two monitors with me on account of my being a primadonna who likes to take up space. The building(s) are very well appointed and the resulting atmosphere when working in any of the spaces is calm and nice. I've never had trouble finding a spot to sit and work - the floors of the building are split so that the working environment is 'quieter' as you head up, meaning you can generally find a level of peace/ambient noise/atmosphere that suits your mood or style of working. In my opinion Projects is an ideal working space - all of the people I've encountered have been really nice and there is a genuine sense of community amongst the members and the Projects team. It's the office environment that every employer claims to have but never seem to actually manage to maintain; quite possibly by virtue of the fact that everyone at Projects has actively chosen to be there. Biggest complaint is that there is a plant on the ground floor that occasionally hits me in the face when I go to get a coffee. Possibly mostly my fault.

The experience starts from the moment you open the door. A warm welcome from Sam, Mila or Beth (and a thorough COVID procédure at this time). Three floors to meet your needs the library, the mixed and social floors with great coffee on hand. I chose the chose Projects due to the feeling and pleasurable environment to work in. The added benefits are free coffee, a secure bike store, Wednesday yoga, drinks Fridays, the people I have met and the feeling you are going to work. Projects increases my pleasure and productivity.

If I could give The Projects more than five stars I would. This lovely co-working space has everything: there's the wonderful hosts, a friendly, creative community and a packed calendar of networking events, coffee morning and talks each week. As a freelancer, there are numerous obstacles to content with, whether it's to do with motivation, self-discipline or feelings of isolation, but since I swapped working alone in cafes five days a week for a hot desk here, I've not once felt this way. The Projects really nurtures and supports its members, and I've even found more work through its fantastic community. It's a place I look forward to going to each day, even in the pouring rain when I know I'll be greeted with a warm welcome, a free blanket and can grab a coffee from the superb Lost baristas before I set to work. I'd recommend The Projects to anyone - it's really made freelance life just that bit easier, and their attention to detail is astounding. The little extra things they do on top of everything else really do count :)

The Projects is a great Co-Working Space located in the heart of Brighton and near to the conference center. The interior design is remarkably inviting and the office spaces are well equipped. There is also a small cafeteria offering a variety of hot and cold beverages as well as lunch options - you won‘t miss anything. If I would live in Brighton I would definitely sign up.

The whole ethos of the place just works - and there is a place for everyone, whether it is meeting for a coffee, communal workspace, quiet workspace, office - they have it all.... in a really well designed bundle of creativity. Saved My Freelance Life As soon as you walk into the projects your met by a desk of smiles and warm hearts. The management team are not only fantastic organisers, but also brilliant friends and colleagues. The atmosphere is immediately uplifting due to the eclectic mix of personalities, businesses and light, bright, modern environment. To top it off the Lost Cafe on the ground floor serves excellent food, conversation and most importantly coffee. Being a Brightonian I am well aware of the importance of the location of the projects, it's a jump from the beach, an awe inspiring walk down the lanes and even has a carpark virtually next door. In addition to the above The Projects has re-injected my enthusiasm for being self employed. This is due to the wonderful people who I've met, the everyday exclusive events and the activities that promote community, sociability and cohesive working. The fact it has a bar, gym (to come) and outdoor terrace is just a bonus. I found The Projects at a transitional time in my life and so on a personal note I would also like to add, it was just the medication I needed.

I love working at The Projects. There's no better way to start your working day than by the friendly smiles of Alex and Beth on the front desk, followed by a decent coffee from their coffee shop and then get settled at one of the many working areas in the building. I like hot desking and most of the time like to be social so you'll find me on the first floor where you can chat with fellow co-workers and work to various music playlists being played in the room. But if silence is what you need, then the second floor is for you. Lot's of free workshops, talks, round tables and social events every week. Town centre location and just a 30 second walk to the beach. Three kitchens, terrace, lounge/bar, phone booths, meeting room, lockers...... I've liked everyone I've met so far at The Projects so expect to make some nice friends too!

I’m not normally a reviewer but I’ve had such an awful experience with a particular co-working ‘space’ recently that I thought I should write about the one place I’ve found since that’s been amazing. I’ve only been here for a couple of months but THE PROJECTS has been awesome so far. There are nice, friendly and interesting folk about, with more of a member’s club vibe - perfect for meeting people with different skills over a few margaritas in the snug bar. It’s metres from the sea - looking forward to the yoga sessions on the roof terrace and an after-work swim in the summer! There’s a good choice of work spaces - cosy spots to hunker down in, and more open and light offices if I need to spread out with visitors / freelancers- and a long bill of events, from socials to workshops. But it’s the team down there - especially Beth and Alex, as well the crew from Lost in The Projects café - that make the place so good. They honestly can’t do enough to make sure you have everything you need… I honestly couldn’t recommend more!
