K. M.I used SEIGHT on the recommendation of a friend after having total loss of heating and hot water on a Sunday afternoon with small children at home. They responded and were able to come to my home within 90 mins.
The engineer who turned up was called Phoenix, he was polite knowledgable and very tidy with his work. My boiler is quite old and the part I needed wasn’t immediately available so he came back by 3pm the next day and was able to fix the issue which ironically had been previously looked at by a different company a few months earlier. The service was exemplary, pricing was very competitive. Thank you.
