Nick is a brilliant hypnotherapist who helped me with a motivation issue for my exams. Not only is he good at hypnotherapy but he is also a good person to talk to in general, conversations were always interesting and never awkward. I felt I had learnt something new every session.

Nick perfectly combines talking therapy with calming trance inducing hypnotherapy. I had been experiencing stress as well as anxiety / panic attacks. After attempting to remove many of the external causes of stress in my life I still found myself being triggered by situations that I felt I should be able to cope with. Nick was able to explain clearly why I had a tendency towards stress and anxiety and helped me to understand why I was reacting in this way. This has helped me to respond to stressful situations more calmly and rationally. The hypnotherapy sessions left me feeling totally serene and at peace, a feeling that lasts for the entire day. The trance sound track was amazing for getting to sleep and calming down (I haven't managed more than 5 minutes before nodding off and still use the audio now!). Nick has really helped me to get my head together. I had been waiting for months for an NHS therapist and couldn't see a way forward. Nick's help has been worth every penny and is highly recommended!

I have always been sceptical of hypnotherapy, but due to desperation, it became my only option for hope in order to resolve my new and overwhelming anxiety, and that’s when I discovered Hypnotherapy with Nick. Because of my desperation I was able to give myself fully to the process, which I truly believe you need to do to receive beneficial results. What I wanted from Nick, was to erase the thoughts that were occurring in my head, which wasn’t really how it works, but instead I received greater result. I was able to process my thoughts in a way that I almost forgot was possible, and see things in a different way, enabling me to focus on the positive things in order to push away the negative. I also learnt a lot about myself which I wasn’t able to recognise before, whilst experiencing so much anxiety. A year ago today I would have never seen myself going to hypnotherapy, and in all honesty, I don’t think it would have worked a year ago today as I wouldn’t have given my all into focusing on myself, but I now couldn’t recommend Nick enough for the way he has helped me to change my mindset and outlook on life. And if that wasn’t enough, I get an hours break on life itself, to just relax and not be a mum or nurse to be able to focus purely on myself, and I didn’t realise how much I had needed that! So thank you Nick!
