John was an absolute pleasure to work with on our home improvement. We had 3 bathrooms ripped out and replaced with brand new fittings. He worked in conjunction with the tiler and electrician. John personally assumed the position of a project manager (in the absence of the home owner who was on a different continent at the time) making sure everyone else knew what and (when) they should be doing certain task. John and his assistant Jude are very friendly and easy to work with. He had a load of contacts/suggestions for various actions that needed to be taken. He never complained! We never had to repeat an instruction he is that detailed. I would recommend John 1000 times over. In the words of my 4 year old "John is a very good worker". This review is from a very satisfied customer .

Very pleased with the standard of John’s work. Speedy , tidy, professional and always willing. So far, on separate occasions, he has removed the back boiler and replaced with a combi and new gas supply, completely removed and refitted the kitchen, resolved shower issues which were not his work in the first place and most recently removed and replaced the downstairs toilet, hand basin, mirror, toilet roll holder hooks and door handle. So you can see that I trust him to do a good job for a sensible price. Highly recommended.

I had a few more questions which he was happy to put in the time to answer. John has helped fit the flooring in my house AND install a new bathroom which I have no concerns with and so far so good! A kind, thoughtful, hard working and helpful man who does not provide that corporate feeling you may get with some large national companies but a personable service you get from a bespoke company but at a very decent cost as well! I would highly recommend him and I would love to see anyone prove my recommendation wrong! I can see some of my bathroom pictures are even posted here which is good to see!

John replaced our ancient boiler with a new one. This work involved: * re-routing pipes under several floors * putting in new radiators and flushing out the incredibly dirty system * taking up and laying down carpets and floorboards * removing the old immersion cistern * installing the new boiler in a more 'compliance -friendly' place. He worked very quickly and neatly, took the old boiler away, and restored everything so that we could hardly believe he'd been here. His quote was reasonable, and he was very polite, willing and generally a pleasure to have around the house. We'd be happy to invite him to do more work, if/when necessary, and are delighted to recommend him as an excellent heating engineer.

John was really reliable and his quote represented good value. He and his brother worked very hard. The installation of the shower, toilet and sink all took place without any problem. The tilling of the whole room was a difficult job due to the room`s shape, but was carried out very carefully and professionally. A problem did arise with the tiled floor, but this was sorted out very quickly by John and without any issue. Overall really pleased with John`s work and that of his brother Joe. Wouldn`t hesitate to recommend them .

John is the only heating engineer we have had to do work on our house, but he is, by far, the best tradesman we have used in Bristol to date. The job involved a replacement of existing storage heaters and their replacement with new radiators and the installation of a combi-boiler. John quickly worked out what the job entailed and consulted us on each step of the process. He worked efficiently, diligently and finished the job to a tee. He set targets for himself on each day and met these without fail. He was mindful that he was working in somebody's home and because of this was exceptionally tidy. John removed and fitted 10 radiators - full system drain down and replaced with inhibitor. He worked very efficiently and did a top job. Very clean and professional from the initial viewing to measure up, to offering advice, pricing, actual installation, balancing the system and following up with the paper work. He even fixed/replaced my toilet cistern washer whilst waiting for the new radiators to get up to temperature. A pleasure to find a genuine decent plumber and I have future work that I'd like John to help with soon. Would not hesitate to recommend - although hopefully he doesn't become too busy!!

We came home to a massive leak from our hot water cylinder - John came out at 7pm at night, repaired the leak immediately then arranged for a new cylinder and programmer a few days later. He was very polite, extremely helpful and patient with his explanations of what was wrong/how things worked/what our options are, he arrived on time as arranged each time and responded to emails within a few hours of sending them each time (even on a saturday), and got on with the job discretely while we were managing our young daughter and the rest of the mess! Couldn't ask for more!
