I came to Emma for hypnotherapy to help my anxiety and she was fantastic. Caring, understanding and friendly, I instantly felt at ease with her. Using solution based hypnotherapy, we used to have a half hour chat before the hypnotherapy and she was easy to talk to and helped me understand my problems. Can't recommend Emma enough if you're having issues that can be helped by working with a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist.

Having not done any yoga for many many years I was a little apprehensive about going to a class. Emma made me feel really welcome and her instructions were really clear so I had very little trouble keeping up!! Highly recommend for people of all abilities.

I booked a consultation with Emma to talk to her about building confidence with public speaking but also with my overall self esteem. It is something that I have struggled with since childhood and I particular wanted to learn how to communicate clearly as I found I couldn't articulate or find the right words when I was nervous. Emma was very warm, welcoming and I felt safe to talk openly during our first consultation. She explained how the brain works and it was a lightbulb moment to realise the mechanics behind why communication was difficult when I felt nervous. We were able to identify the root cause and with follow up sessions and some homework I slowly began to change how I felt and thought and noticed improvements in my day to day interactions. Each week the tools and sessions slowly improved how I felt, thought and acted. Within a month I was speaking at an event and found myself unafraid, communicating clearly and having fun! It has made a huge difference and I feel more empowered to step out of my comfort zone and try new things. I'm really grateful that I worked with Emma and strongly recommend her services for anxiety/confidence issues and any fears that may be holding you back.

I took Emma's CPD course 'Hypnotherapy Skills for Yoga Teachers' last weekend which was an excellent day of learning, connecting with others, and trying out new skills. I love that Emma incorporated information about the neurobiology of REM sleep. She explained this is in a really clear and relatable way. Thank you for your infectious enthusiam and skill-sharing Emma! Excited to try out these techniques in my Yoga Nidra classes.
