Absolutely fantastic. The Bathroom looks amazing. Sam and his team worked incredibly hard to get everything done with the minimum amount of mess,.time and fuss. Our new bathroom is perfect. Plumbing, fitting and tiling top notch. Worth every penny. Sam couldn't do enough for us. He sorted a few minor snags immediately and was friendly and warm. Nothing was enough trouble. So glad we found them. Would definitely use them again and would recommend. The best workmen I have ever dealt with. We are so happy. Xxx

Sam renovated our bathroom in February 2022. We had met 4-5 bathroom fitters in October 2021 and Sam stood out as someone who instantly understood our design ideas and was enthusiastic and excited to take on the job. He showed us photos of his own bathroom which coincidently had a similar style and also used the same crosswater products which was reassuring. We felt at ease with Sam and knowing it would be a big job, we knew we had to choose someone who was approachable and communicated well. We ordered all our bathroom fittings through BBS and as Sam works with them regularly, it made it easier. The installation took two weeks. My husband was available most days to discuss decisions along the way and I had plenty of WhatsApp msgs with Sam, which made it easier too. Sam and his team, Kieran and Cameron were professional, respectful and tidy. There were a couple of unfortunate challenges along the way but Sam’s moto ‘no problems, only solutions’ meant we were able to achieve the look we wanted without too much compromise. A big investment but we’re super happy with the end result!

Sam was exceptionally helpful in quoting for the remodelling of our bathroom, he was able to work with our ideas and suggest some other ideas that we hadn't considered. He planned the work in and assisted us with finding the right person if he wasn't able to complete certain aspects such as the Plastering. All in all Sam provided a brilliant service and we would recommend him to anyone who is looking to remodel their bathroom or boiler system.

Sam and his guys were amazing, extremely personable and helpful, and communicated really well whilst completing a huge amount of work within a very short period of time on a project house i'd just moved into! They did a fantastic job for a complete replacement of my bathroom including expanding it out by knocking down the walls between bathroom & toilet as well as co-coordinating the excellent plastering and tiling parts of the job. They then did a full removal & replacement of the back boiler system to install a new boiler, heating system and radiators. I feel like I lucked out finding him and will definitely recommend him to others!

This is the 2nd time that Sam and the team have completed work for us. Both times installing and moving radiators. On both occasions the work carried out has been to a very professional standard, and our heating improved. The team are always on time, very friendly, very tidy and mindful, we have an old terrace house with wooden floors and you wouldn't notice that they had installed new radiators - they look like they have always been there! and keep you posted if the plan needs to change etc. Would highly recommend SNT for any plumbing jobs you need. SNT recommended by a friend to service my combi boiler. Provided an excellent service. Slight problem apparently with gas pressure noted by Sam who notified British Gas and all sorted within a few hours. Thank you. Will have them return to fit wi-fi room thermostats.

Sam removed our old back boiler and installed a new gas pipe and combi boiler for us. He did a great job, was tidy and kept me informed what he was doing at each stage. Really pleased, instant hot water, much better pressure and the boiler is completely silent too! Would highly recommend.

Sam did a fantastic job. We asked him to install a new wetroom for us, in a room that the previous plumbing had the shower drain too high for a walk-in. He fixed that in no time and arranged for a top quality tiler and electrician (all local) for when needed as well. He also got us a great discount on all the new things for the bathroom (shower, vanity unit etc) and was happy to think together about how to make it look fantastic as well as long-lasting without breaking the bank. Possibly the best communication we've ever had with a contractor! Thanks Sam!

Sam was always responsive and available when I contacted him throughout the process. It was difficult at times with the various trades coming in and finishing their particular jobs, Sam was good at coordinating everyone and communicating what was needed etc. The tiling was a difficult part of the job and through difficulties with supply and ordering issues there was compromise on the style. But overall the finish is fantastic! I would recommend Sam, his approach is very professional and personable. He was a joy to work with. Would absolutely use him again.

Sam was recommended by a friend, and after meeting him for the first time I was happy knowing the job would get done, I let him have a spare key and we were in constant contact leading up to the work being done. I had a couple of minor things and a couple of bigger issues, including instalation of a bidet shower. I provided that but Sam had to source some parts which he wasn't able to do a straight swap for, as they were no longer available, so I was happy with the 280 pou ds he quoted. If he could have done it all in one day it would have been a good day pay day for him😁 But he needed to come back after the other parts he ordered had arrived, which worked out well as it gave us a few days to live with the things he'd done, and when I reported back that a couple of things either needed tightening or readjusting he was more than happy to re look at all the nigly bits, to make sure he was happy they were as they should be. All in all I was very happy with the service, the only thing I could have possibly complained about was that he missed a a rawl plug or two when tidying up after himself, but I didn't really care to much about that great work 👍🏼

All subcontractors ( plasterer, tiler, electrician and flooring provider ) all turned up on time and were co-ordinated to achieve the end goal with the minimum of disruption.
