Great MOT services, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent. Clive has a wonderful sense of humour and is exceptional, professional and polite. The office staff are very friendly, helpful and professional too. I see in a previous review a criticism for the ugliness of the building? The building is relatively new, functional, fit for purpose, in keeping with an industrial MOT centre and is spotlessly clean and tidy (which is testament to the staff) so what more could we ask for. It’s not quite the hanging gardens of Babylon, the Canadian Rockies, or the Taj Mahal, but I don’t expect that when I’m getting my car, motorhome or HGV MOT’d! It’s fine as it is.😃

Clive is a great, humble Guy. Friendly, Helpful Staff with Exceptional customer service something totally unexpected of most council staff. He goes out of his way to assist you to ensure you have a car fit for work.
