We had a difficult property purchase, that included our original mortgage lender withdrawing their mortgage offer when we were close to completion. We were put in touch with Steve Mears for assistance, who responded very swiftly, and took time to understand the challenges of our property purchase. They were able to secure us a new mortgage offer with a new lender within a few weeks, and genuinely saved our property purchase as a result. We have since completed, and everything regarding the mortgage has been correctly put in place as required. We could not recommend Steve Mears highly enough as a mortgage broker, and will certainly recommend them to friends & family, and return to them in future.
