I have scoliosis so visited the practice to manage my pain. I don't suffer with a great deal of pain but wanted to embrace prevention rather than cure. My treatment with Dr Freya has allowed more mobility, including flexibility in my hamstrings and has helped my posture greatly. In addition to pain relief. However, it's very expensive for the time they spend actually treating you.

I was recommended Willow by a friend and I am happy I went! I have now started a plan to get me back into fully working order! As a builder my job is tough on my back, legs and arms every day and it had got to a point where it was difficult to work day to day. From the offset the experience has been amazing! The girls on the front desk greet you with a friendly hello and smile. Dr Freya Roberts-Bolton Is fantastic, she has explained everything thoroughly and in a way I can fully understand. When I was referred to Willow Chiropractic by a friend I was struggling with doing the simple things in life. From my first assessment the service has been first class everything that they have tested showed me just how poor my posture was and if I did not sort it out then later in life I would struggle even more. At my mid point review having had 2 adjustments each week and been given specific stretching to do I feel so much better able to go out on long walks with out feeling any pain. I was very nervous before going for my consultation just in case I was wasting anyone's time, however, as soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and comfortable. The receptionist are always so lovely, kind and welcoming which straight away relaxes me on arrival. My chiropractor has really helped me relieve my pain and discomfort through regular adjustments. I've been going to willows for about 4 years now and its the best thing I've ever done. I used to have constant neck pain and struggle to move my head and have headaches most day . Im so glad i finally made the choice to get some chiropractic treatment. I suffered in silence for far too many years not realising how much getting chiropractic treatment would benefit me. Cannot recommend this chiropractors in Yate enough. Amazing team! Reception staff are lovely and welcoming. They're always helpful with friendly smiles. They even remind you on your way out when you're next adjustment is (dont even have to ask they are just so on the ball! ). Dr Hardus has a very kind and caring nature. He always asks how I am and at my care review he was very positive and optimistic about the future with me. He often sends me different excercises to do and checks in to see how I'm getting on with them. My favourite one is his tennis ball against the wall technique (simple but effective!). I have been in his care for five months now and have made really good progress both physically and mentally. He has a positive energy around him and is a very good listener who really takes the time to understand his patients and how they're feeling. If you need adjusting then this is the man to go to! He is very passionate about caring for others and is very professional and thorough in his work. The clinic itself is immaculate and clean. Covid safety is in place and I have always felt safe when entering the clinic as it is socially distanced with staff all wearing appropriate PPE. Beds are wiped down thoroughly before the next patient and there is hand gel readily available. Background music is calm and relaxing and the adjustment room is very private and cosy. This team of key workers have changed my life and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and dedication (especially with all the challenges that have come the pandemic aswell). So thank you Willow Team for your amazing service and for bravely continuing to work through these unprecedented times! Genuinely the best care and customer service that I have ever recieved :)

Both myself and my mum have been using Willow Chiropractic for years. My mum is a retired nurse - whose back and knees have been worn down and worn out with time who has found that Willow has really helped her manage her once delibating pain. Meanwhile, I suffered a neck injury which completely threw out my back and neck in the process. I’d highly recommend willow chiropractic. The staff are really friendly. The reception staff in particular are so welcoming and efficient. My chiropractor explains things really well so I rarely have questions. The analysis they do before you start your treatment is really insightful, as well as the seminar you can take part in. I first booked an appointment for hip pain that was speedily getting worse and preventing me from running. I also have lower back pain and neck and shoulder discomfort. Since starting treatment, my hip pain has diminished, I’m sleeping better and feel less sluggish. I’ve found this has helped me improve my diet and on the whole I’m feeling more positive. Well worth the money in my opinion.

I can highly recommend Willow Chiropractic clinic in Yate. I have been having sports massage therapy for a very painful shoulder which I hurt in a fall over a year ago. I would definitely recommend chiropractic treatment to anyone. As someone in my mid-twenties I had heard of chiropractic treatments but never really considered it, however due to a persistent shoulder problem that was preventing me from exercising I was recommended to try it by my partner. I have been visiting Hardus at the Yate clinic twice a week for around 6 weeks. I have a lower spinal fusion and unfortunately over lockdown I fell while running and caused two further bulging spinal discs. Ouch! Thankfully the clinic was open. Hardus completed a thorough initial assessment where I learned that I was heavier on my left side and curving on my right side. Plus I walked with my head forward increasing my heads weight on my neck. I found this detailed explanation fascinating. During each visit I am clicked in to place to help teach my body the correct position to be in. Luckily I have responded well and quickly. I have seen great results already. I am a keen triathlete and injury has burdened me recently. I have stressed my body through training and the chiropractor visits have helped to literally straighten me out! I have recently damaged my knee. Possibly just sitting in a weird position. Nothing has been seriously damaged and Hardus has begun working on my knee, wiggling it back in to position. My body is clearly getting used to it’s new position. The reception team are incredibly polite and professional too. As a Sales Manager by trade I tend to be hyper sensitive about customer service, and the reception team are honestly the most amazingly professional team I have ever come across. Fantastic. Zoe, one of the chiropractors there, is informal, informative and friendly. Lovely receptionist too who is more than helpful. Never normally have to wait long either as they are super-accommodating. I've been going for about a month now and I have noticed such a difference. I have been attending The Willow at Yate with Hardus since last year and have come along way. I returned back to Willows after treatment previously as my neck pain and back pain returned leaving me with sleepless nights and lots of headaches . I'd realised that not maintaining my treatment was a huge mistake and started my plan again . I had to return twice weekly to enable the pain to get back under control, which it did . I am so glad I went to Willow in Yate. I have been suffering with lower and mid/upper spine pain for many years. I have been on so many painkillers I almost rattled. My treatment has been given by Rose, and since starting my treatment I have virtually stopped taking painkillers altogether. I have more energy and my pain is now much more manageable. I am hoping that within the next month or so I can get back to playing golf as since my treatment began I have not lost a game of darts, so I hope it is the same with my golf game. Before visiting Willow Chiropractic at Yate, I'd had a double knee replacement some 2 years earlier, and was suffering quite considerably with various pain and discomfort. I could hardly walk more than a few yards, with a walking stick, and this also caused related pain in my hips, lower back, and shoulders. This was due to poor posture, caused , I believe, by trying to cope with walking with severe knee pain. After several sessions with Ian, my pain started to ease. I was able to walk without a stick to help me, and my posture improved considerably. Yes - it's thanks to Ian, that I feel the way I do today. This wonderful man helped me to walk again. Without his help, I don't know what my position would be today. I still have regular refresher sessions about every two months for small adjustments, and any minor problems are sorted out straight away. I've been having back problems for a long time that were getting progressively worse over the years. I could manage the pain with strong painkillers but in the last two years I developed other ailments mainly in the form of regular migraines, nausea and lethargy. I've been trying everything I could to improve my situation but nothing worked. I feel i owe these guys my ability to walk! I have had problems with my back for a few years now but had a really bad relaps in the july of 2016. I had had paramedics visit me at home and was given morphine for the pain. From that point on I was walking with a walking stick. Im a self employed floor layer and was un able to work resulting in no income. Willow fit me in that same week and I began seeing Hannah twice a week. by the end of the second week Hannah had me walking un aided once again! i returned to work the following week! It wasnt overnight but progresive but without Hannah and the rest of the team at Willow, I would have been in serious pain and serious financial troubles. months later and i still go to keep on top of it. Hannah has been the perfect example of client care that i feel personally valued. this has been quite a journey for me but i feel totally supported all the way. the informal friendly but highly professional attitude at willow makes me feel very welcombe, positive and safe. Fantastic service from all member of staff at the Yate clinic. Very friendly atmosphere. Very positive please to be treated. I have had much success with the chiropractor so far. I started with having a lot of pain and tension all over my back, but now , not so much with improved performances such as breathing better, able to caring out my day without being to tired and able to sleep better on my back. With a few simple exercises to do at home each plus with the treatment at the clinic, I have able to live my life more comfortably then I have been able to before. I can not praise Yate Willow practice enough, all staff are so friendly, professional and caring at all times. I was not sure about chiropractic care but I was in so much pain I was willing to try anything. I can not explain how happy I feel to be almost pain free after just 12 weeks! It has affected me in lots of other ways too, I sleep better, my IBS is better, I have more energy and generally feel better in myself. Dr Hardus has been amazing at explaining how my adjustments help and how to stay more flexible. My neck pain has disappeared altogether and most of my back pain, I am confident after the next few weeks it will be gone too. Thank you so much.
