I met with Tracey yesterday and found her extremely helpful and friendly. After viewing various suites available, I've decided to take one of these. These offices are beautiful and have real character being a former synagogue and listed. Fantastic location close to the city centre and a range of other similar businesses to my company (property) in the vicinity. I'd highly recommend.

I'm renting a space in Castle Court, which is on the other side of the road from Temple Court, and I have been very impressed with everything so far, and have got off to a great start. Louis, Tracey and Stevie are wonderful and have gone out of their way to manage a highly professional workspace. The place is spotless, which is particularly reassuring with lockdowns / covid etc. They have responded very openly to all of my requests, questions and anything I've had on my mind. I thoroughly enjoy working here, and feel Castle Court is a very warm, professional and welcoming management staff. The location is also excellent, and the room I hire is spotless, cleaned frequently, and beautifully decorated.

I never write reviews. Like ever. But this is different. Tracey Holloway and “Office Space in Town” is different.
I am a very complex person. I have 5 children and am trying to run a small business through the murky waters of life! And I needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of the house.
After getting back from visiting yet another office, I had a phone call. I was stressed out, hot, hungry and had a million cold calls to make. The lady seemed fine with me but I was a little rude - “no I didn’t get an email, just send one over and I’ll have a look”
She didn’t blink though and kept repeating “just pop over and have a look, I’m free all afternoon”
Anyway, I get back to my work and got into a better mood, then I read the email. Nothing fancy. No details really. But I was intrigued as the pictures looked fancy! I called the lady up. “Could I come over and have a look?” She was adamant the room was gorgeous and I would fall in love. I was like ‘yeah right’ but to be fair nobody has ever said that to me before over an office room! She even told me she would lift the barrier for me - that’s a strong lady!
As soon as I was welcomed in, I wanted to be there. I felt special and I knew this lady took her role seriously. How long have you been doing this job? I asked. “12 years and I love it” she said. I don’t know what it is about people who take their profession seriously but I like dealing with people who do.
She showed me the floors, each one was similar to the next and the kitchens were outstanding. Like a show kitchen in IKEA! Then came the room. 110sq ft and it didn’t even seem like it was the smallest room I had seen on my travels. The ‘L’ shaped windows were huge, desk to ceiling! The 2 desks were simple and the chairs also, just what I needed in fact.
We talked and we laughed. We told each other stories and she showed me pictures of her first grandchild! Over and over! Luckily I love babies more than my own toddlers LOL!
We then got down to business, serious business. I knew my other deals inside out. I knew the features and benefits, the pros and cons. But she didn’t seem desperate, kept asking what is it I needed and was price an issue. I actually said no, I’m looking at the full package, not the cheapest price. I’m getting older and more mature and patient, I’m learning you have to make both logical and emotional decisions especially in a place I want to be in for up to 50-60 hours a week.
We thrashed it out. Both of us seemed happy until the parking space became an issue, I thought it was included! So we thrashed it out again! And boy was I happy with the deal and I told her as much.
The next day the paperwork came over and I went back over to see if I could grab the office key and get started on my new adventure. She had already put a fan in my room at my request, and again made me feel welcome when I arrived.
On one of the doors I noticed my accountants company name so I emailed him and he replied immediately with this
“Have you met Tracy Holloway the centre manager? I know Tracy well….
It is by far the best serviced office you will find, we looked at a few and Temple (and Castle Court which they also own) are the best in terms of value, services and location.”
This was the icing on the cake for me.
And now I sit here, in my new office, around 24 hours after arriving just to view it. The company should be proud of Tracey and her staff, even the cleaner was lovely, Radha. Then I had the chance to meet the security guy, Stewart and it feels like this welcoming environment is very real, not just put on to gain my business.
I’m going to be very successful working from Temple Court in Cardiff. I’m a complex person, but this was the simplest and easiest decision I’ve ever made.
If anyone ever reads this and is looking at “Office Space in Town” then I would thoroughly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. In fact, in this crazy world we are living in, you will be extremely excited about the next adventure you embark on.

I've had my office here for over 20 years and I can't imagine a better place to be in Cardiff. Great central location and Temple Court is a stunningly beautiful building. My clients love coming here and most say it has a great 'feeling' - maybe something to do with the fact it was a synagogue before it was converted to offices. All the staff without exception are professional and friendly. Special mention to Maggs on reception who does an excellent job - she's warm, welcoming and unflappable - a perfect introduction to the building and to my business.

Having started working for a company based at Castle Court last month, I have been so impressed with the warm welcome I received, the office facilities and great location here on Cathedral Road. Not being local to Cardiff, I've found the staff so helpful (especially Louis and Stevie) - nothing is too much trouble if you ask for their help. Such a great place to work - very close to the city but has a lovely relaxed and peaceful feel about it here with our office overlooking the gorgeous Sophia Gardens. Would fully recommend :-)

After having number of troubles with embassy staff I was so disappointed with their service. Then Tracey came forward to help me out with paperwork. She is one of the kindest woman I met in my life. A great place to work - fantastic location - very close to the town centre. The kitchen areas are always clean and tidy and the toilets are immaculate. Staff, on reception are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Louis, in particular, has helped us with office relocation, is always polite and courteous, and does a fantastic job of building management.

What a lovey place to work – amazing location - close to city centre – in the heart of Pontcanna. The view from my window is beautiful, overlooking the Sophia Gardens. Décor throughout is lovely, toilet facilities are always immaculate and the kitchen areas clean and tidy. Most importantly the staff on reception are friendly and helpful and very welcoming. The receptionist is always the first point of contact, and therefore a very important one as first impression are important, as it reflects not only on the Office but the client companies and visitors alike.
I have known Margaret, or 'Maggs' as she likes to be know for over three years now since I started working here.From the very first day, she was welcoming and directed me to my appointment with her polite and effective way.
Maggs is more often than not the first person in the building, and she goes about setting up for the daily routine , ensuring the signing in book is done, the parking spaces correctly allocated, etc and is always ready with a smile and a good morning and at the end of the day its a lovely smile and a cheerful good night.
Maggs is always well presented in her dress, and carries out her duties in a very professional, friendly, and polite manner and always engages with the visitors , even the sometimes awkward, whom she can deal with in a cool and calm fashion.. Maggs carries out the other duties ensuring everything is up to date and ready for the next morning.in addition to the normal duties of answering the telephone, letting people into the building and informing clients that their visitors have arrived.
