Absolutely amazing day. Very relaxing experience. Back massage was great. Relaxing but working on areas were my muscles were tight. The facial was awesome totally relaxing that you feel super chilled. The soft massage, lovely smells & the warm mitts. I could have stayed there for ages. The time flies but it’s calming, relaxing the touch, music, the ambiance all sets a fully relaxing scene that you can forget everything else for that moment. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend this experience.

Fabulous massage & face treatment. My masseuse was very attentive. The massage itself was firm but relaxing at the same time. It’s as if the pressure used was literally pushing the tension & stress out of my body & the products chosen smelt & felt divine. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My Schmoo experience with Katie at the Cardiff Hilton was truly wonderful. She had the most lovely touch both on my massage (nicely firm) and facial (soft). The treatment room was nicely appointed and the Schmoo products were fabulous. I would totally recommend this experience. Thanks Katie

Had a wonderful treatment/massage at Schmoo in the City on 6th July. Have been many times, and always feel comfortable and welcome. Their new therapist was lovely yet very professional. Had the best massage I have had for a long time. Looking forward to returning again!

My mum and I had a lovely pampering experience today at the Schmoo at Hilton! We had a back massage with hot stones, leg and hand massage, facial and scalp message - it was so lush, relaxing and invigorating! We are very happy with the girls who worked with us, Ellie and Keithlyn, they are very friendly and excellent professionals!

The girls at schmoo were absolutely amazing. We visited Cardiff for a hen do and booked through an independent company. The company made a massive mistake and booked us in for the spa in Brighton 🙄 Schmoo was able to accommodate us last minute in their Cardiff spa and even gave our pregnant bride-to-be a special massage. These girls were incredible and so accommodating 👍 thanks girls 😘

I went for a £55 back massage, facial and scalp massage, which personally I think is a Bargin, I loved that all the products are organic and the therapist went though lots of choices to help me decide what sort of one to go for. There was a bit of upselling which I don’t usually like but they where actually very reasonably priced and decent extras. I plumped for the detoxing scrub which felt great and left my skin very clear. The therapist Catlin was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great massage and facial. There are a lot of spas in Cardiff but I really would recommend schmoo, I will be returning hopefully to use the pool!

Very welcoming. Great covid standards in place. You can see they are always working how to make sure you have the best but safest treatment and experience. Products smell Amazing and therapists always give you good advice at the end with no pressure to buy any of the products but if you want you can. My hubby and I have become regulars.

I love going for full body massage with all my arch pains in my back neck shoulder.i always feel great after. Best massage ever had. Catlin is so brillant.will recommend it to anyone.

Great massage and facial, excellent value for money and great location. Waiting area needs improving, two (very uncomfortable) 'beds' for 3 of us to wait on. Email confirmation asked us to arrive 15 mins before treatments... but 3 separate staff told us we were 'very early' which made us feel a little awkward. However, staff in the leisure facilities were really friendly and we used the showers, hairdryers there etc after treatment to go into town. My therapist (Ellie) was excellent and made me feel very relaxed and at ease. Recommended!

Went here after purchasing a gift card for the girlfriend and was a great Spa. The facilities seem small but they have a lot to offer. Had a lovely massage and treatment which I thought was odd at first being a guy, but I loved it and would do it again.

Excellent service!! Both from schmoo spa staff and Hilton staff. We both feel like new women! Cant reccomend enough. We had a spa package for 2 with tea for 2. Absolutely amazing. Couldn't thank the staff enough for an exceptional stay.

Amazing experience and absolutely lovely treatments with great smelling products! I would 100% go here again and for the price it's well worth it, very clean in the whole hotel including spa. Brought this as a gift for my mother and i went as well and WOW it was so worth it.Sabeena (my masseuse) was amazing. I had never had a massage before and she explained everything to me very well. I would recommend this to anyone. I would give more stars if i could.
