Thompson recently refurbished my bathroom and did a great job. Great workers who turned up for work at the crack of dawn every day and didn't leave until late afternoon and always cleaned up after themselves. I will be using them again soon and have already recommended to family.

You know how you have to chase up companies when something goes wrong after the boiler service? Well not this one! After my initial panic contact, I had their engineer phoning me at the crack of dawn for a few days until things were right! Utterly incredible customer service. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I’m just writing to say how pleased I am with the quality of professionalism shown this morning regarding our boiler service. I was taken through the mechanics of the boiler (We’ve only just moved in!) in a friendly manner and now know how to top it up if the need arises. The area around the boiler was left spotless and the price for this service was very fair! And I received a certificate for the work via e mail within 5 mins of the job being completed. I’m really pleased with this service and will be using again! Cheers once again!
