Absolutely amazing experience. Beautiful facilities, sparkling clean. I have done floatation before in a different venue and absolutely loved the experience but doing it today at Floatation Therapy Essex was even better. Wow….. what an experience. I was brought a floatation therapy session by my husband for Christmas. I am currently waiting for spinal surgery so I’m in a lot of pain daily, using the floatation pod was not only the most relaxing thing I have ever done but it almost instantly took away my leg and back pain. Once my session finished I felt like a different person with a new lease of life. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and will explain everything you need to know and will answer any question you have. The facilities are just beautiful. Honestly i cannot recommended this enough. I bet you I have the best sleep I’ve ever had tonight

I cannot thank Floatation Therapy Essex enough for the fantastic experience I had at their facility. We were warmly welcomed and Sid explained everything clearly so that I knew how to use everything and what to expect. The room’s private shower and vanity room are stocked with absolutely everything you need, so you don’t need to bring anything with you - and as a person with lots of allergies it was fantastic to be assured that all products had been checked carefully and are all hypoallergenic. The floatation experience itself was wonderful, I returned home more relaxed than I have felt in months and slept like a baby. I can’t wait to book again!

I've tried and enjoyed float tanks in the past but my experience at Floatation Therapy Essex surpassed my expectations. I came to flotation therapy Essex at 36 weeks pregnant. I found the experience to be very relaxing especially on my heavily pregnant body. After the session I slept better and found that my back pain had eased a lot. Lovely staff + very clean! :)

Unbelievable experience. The owners of the company, James and Sid are wonderful people and so attentive and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel at home and utterly at ease. I had back and neck pain for years and the flotation has almost entirely made the pain go. I cannot recommend enough. They are currently having refurbishment works being carried out due to incompetent builders (Betts and Cranfield).
