I have only been with Mallard for 5months now, but even from getting my finance approved with them they were quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. I unfortunately started to experience problems with my car and the dealer disappeared off the face of the earth , but Mallard were brilliant and as they had a responsibility to me under consumer law , they paid for the works that were their responsibility, they paid out over £3000 to get my car as it should have been when I purchased it, with no quibbling or lengthy debating. I went to view a Mondeo at S I Motors Ltd. The garage contacted Mallard Finance for me to finance the car as I decided to buy. Because I was a long way from home Mallard Finance jumped through hoops to finance the car that same day. They even beat another company’s finance quote for a few £ a month. I have used Mallard on a few occasions now, mainly because my credit rating is not as good as it should be. I think their interest rates are on the high side, but is it their fault or the customer who's credit is not up to scratch? Remember you are always free to look elsewhere. I have always paid my account on time. I have found them to be fair and friendly, that being said if I do want to use them again it will be on better terms. In essence they are a decent company. Pay your account and you will be OK.

I needed finance for a van. I tried about 6 different places and they were all very expensive. Alot more per month than I wanted to pay. However mallard not only came out much cheaper than everybody but their service was was amazing. So were so happy and helpfull, all of them came across as really lovely people. Having spoken to so many on one weekend and all the others just being rude and unhelpful mallard just shone out. They were quick, cheaper and friendly and I'm very glad I came across them and I highly recommend

The only thing that let the whole thing down but was sorted very quickly by emailing them was the text link for uploading documents very very slow and a lot of them failed to upload and wouldn't resend I had full WiFi too.
