I completed the Reiki Drum Practitioner Workshop. I loved every minute of it and thoroughly recommend it. Zoe is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher. The facilities are beautiful and the whole experience was wonderful.

I had my first Indian Head Masage with Zoe today. She was able to adapt the treatment for my specific needs and I left feeling so calm and relaxed. Her studio was very soothing and a lovely place to be in even with all the necessary covid precautions in place. Great Breathwork course from Zoe @ Silver Spiral. Held at the serene and inviting Tiptree yoga studio, on a sunny Sunday. Lovely sized group of five - good instruction on breathing techniques. Time to break and get to know the others in the group. We finished with a live demo from Zoe on the use of a Neti pot in our morning routines. As an asthmatic, I found the Breathwork and Neti pot demo incredibly useful. A fabulous delivery on the uncomfortable subject of snot & mucus! Lots of chat, laughter & fun. Well done Zoe! Xx

Zoe is a great teacher of both Yoga and Reiki and has been able to offer classes on Zoom over the lockdown which has been great! The studio is a lovely space too. I would recommend learning both Reiki and yoga if you want an understanding and kind guide the Reiki shares are amazing

Fabulous nurturing space, l love the hatha yoga and have been benefiting from it for several years now. Zoe is exceptional and has worked passionately to provide these classes for all types. All through this Covid pandemic she has overcome many challenges (especially IT, zoom etc) and has never missed a class.

Wonderful yoga classes with each class tailor made to a theme. Each move it considered for its posture, stretching or balance to individual ability and improves mental well being. All round health benefits increase over time without time pressure.This is the one class I never want to miss.

Completed my Reiki 1 course with Zoe smith at silver spiral through reiki revolution. Wow what a great day. Zoe is so passionate about her love of Reiki and is super knowledgeable about the practice. I've been in Hatha Yoga class since 2019 and it was the best decision ever! I absolutely love every class, as it is helping me to stretch, relax and learn something new. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. The small class size made it feel very safe and intimate, and Zoe is a great teacher. The drum included in the course price is very well made and sounds fantastic. Before the pandemic, my chair yoga class with Zoe Smith took place in a big village hall. We were a very big group (more than 20), so it was not that easy to get to know everyone and for Zoe to notice everything about everyone (although she did a wonderful job anyway!). During the pandemic, she ran our yoga sessions online, and it was wonderful to be able to keep going, and somewhat more personal despite the real distances, because we were a smaller group and everybody appeared on screen. However, when Zoe opened her new studio and the vaccinations made it possible to go back to real contact, I was very excited to be able to secure a space in her studio for our sessions. She now runs sessions where some people are in the studio while others participate online, and this works really well. The studio is a bright, welcoming and very peaceful space (plus fully fit for purpose and practical in an unobtrusive way) but also relatively small, so that groups are kept smaller, and Zoe can give her full attention to each participant. I greatly enjoy my yoga sessions there, plus some individual treatments and can recommend Zoe's business and the studio whole-heartedly. Jutta Austin
