D. B.Purchased an Xbox Series X online from the Derby store. Was being sold as New and it's literally brand new perfect mint condition. There was a bit of communication issue with ParcelForce but Dave and the team were more than helpful and kept great contact throughout the process. A.Wonderful customer service and incredibly friendly people. I ordered a laptop online as a Christmas gift that sadly had a minor fault.
Thankfully, after a pleasant phone call and an incredibly generous discount I recieved a replacement within 2 days on very short notice.
Just in time for Christmas.
They went above and beyond to help me as soon as possible. Honestly can't recommend them enough. :)

S. B.Rang and emailed the store yesterday and spoke to Terry regarding a Bose Speaker. Whilst I didn't end up managing to purchase the item it was a good experience - Great customer service and very polite - completely opposite experience to the person who left the previous review - All his reviews seem to be satire and one star though, so I am taking that with a pinch of salt! I would certainly purchase from them in the future!
Update, Went back and purchased the item in the end. It was posted to me. Perfectly packaged, great communication and it works perfectly. A fraction of the retail price and in perfect condition! Once again, Terry was a fantastic help and a pleasure to deal with!
A. L.Amazing customer service, for a start. I came in looking for a guitar and the response to my choice was amazing, he gave me fare opinions, and took the time out of his day to play them for me. Eventually picked up a sleak Vintage V52, a Gibson Epoch and an amp, all for an estimated price of £250. Amazing experience, and I would love to buy off of him again
