When we first started the company we took out the” virtual office” package with DBS, which really helped myself & business partner concentrate on what was important – growing the company! They looked after our phone calls, postage, & provided meeting rooms when required. As we grew, we took a serviced office with DBS in Castle Donnington. This included a room for 4 people, furniture, telephones, utilities & internet connectivity. The staff are always friendly & eager to help. The offices are high quality, & the grounds beautiful. I would highly recommend them, whether it’s for the Virtual Office, meeting rooms or serviced offices.

Lovely office - went here for my company induction. Very clean, staff were extremely welcoming. I drove there and upon arrival had an issue with my car and had to ring the AA. The receptionist (Rebecca I think) was very helpful and let me know when they arrived as I was in the induction training. Lunch provided was also very nice as were the facilities. A very good place to hire for meetings with lots of parking also.

We have been with DBS in Castle Donington for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. The building is beautiful and well maintained, our office was decorated prior to us moving in and every effort was made to ensure we had all furniture, equipment and technical support we needed before our arrival.The staff are friendly and super helpful and the services they provide are excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone - so much better than the faceless and clinical office alternatives out there!

I've been at DBS now for 1 month and just had a meeting with the Manager Julie to go through how we've settled in. Totally unexpected, but the whole meeting was about how they could help our business - they even had a referral for us. I have to say I was initially unsure when my business partner suggested we move from home working to an office but I am now fully onboard. Right from the moment we visited the offices it's been brilliant, they were able to help us during to move the business by working with us financially, we've had a lot of advice from other businesses in the offices and from the staff themselves. The young lady on reception is always smiling and when I was stuck in traffic was able to look after my client and explain I was on my way. We had an issue with our internet being slow but the manager had their IT man come across within minutes and we've had no problems since. 5 star service and offices - I hope the coming months are as good

Went there for a day-long training conference and it's a lovely place. Great surroundings, good facilities and parking on-site. However, we had a problem getting a decent internet connection which put a dampener on the whole thing. Also, they need to put up a few signs since I couldn't find the men's room without asking for directions.
