I can not rate Stuart and his team highly enough, if I could give him 10 stars I would. I originally came to see Stuart after I had tried everything else, I was in such pain with my back and chest that my doctor couldn't even tell me what was wrong. I saw an offer on Groupon and thought why not. It was the best £30 I have ever spent in my life. Stuart explained in detail what was wrong and started to fix me. I only now have to go once or twice a year to maintain. I would never dream of going elsewhere and will always recommend Stuart and his team to anyone and everyone.

I have been struggling with PHT for several years and have tried everything physio and osteopathy but nothing had worked. These guys were recommended by several work colleagues who had used them so gave them a try without much hope. Following my assessment with Megan I was recommended a programme of treatment and within 3 weeks I had seen a huge improvement. Now at the end of my 12 sessions I cannot thank Megan enough for the relief I now have from constant pain! I intend to continue with periodic treatments when we have worked out the optimum gap to maintain my progress. Thank you so much ❤

Absolutely brilliant. Vicky, with just a few sessions of deep tissue massage, has managed to resolve and greatly improve a number of problems I've been experiencing from 2009. I have been seeing Stuart and the team for around 3 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've lost track of how many times I've recommended them. The atmosphere created by everyone is so warm and friendly, you can really feel the "family" element. Everyone is so caring and reassuring, I genuinely look forward to going. I would highly recommend these guys to treat you as they have made so much difference to my problem. I had countless sleepiness nights until I started my treatment, then I started pain-free sleeping, bliss! I'm just into my twelve week of treatment, so I haven't given a five star rating yet as I don't know how my problem will be once the treatment as ended. The staff are extremely friendly and chatty, they genuinely ask questions about your general well being which makes you feel very welcomed. They offer a text message and email service to remind you of your appointment and an online cancellation service, which is great. Obviously, the treatment is quite expensive, however they do offer different ways of paying, which can be pay as you go or a one off payment. Totally Covid safe, hand sanitizer is available on entry, temperature taken and you'll need to fill out a form before each appointment to make sure you are healthy enough to go in to the clinic. Superb!

Stuart Rudd is very caring and genuinely does his best for you. I have had back problems for 35 years, and seen many therapists, but he is the first to get to the root of the problem and uses pictures and scans to show improvement. The rest of the staff are very kind too.

I have been going to Stuart's practice for 5 years now : initially it was for incredibly painful sciatica problems, but once that was resolved I still wanted to keep going every 2 months for 'maintenance' to iron out aches and pains which come from working at a PC for most of the day. He is friendly and professional and knows how to resolve creaky wrists, neck, shoulders etc - I always come out feeling much better than when I went in!

Both Matt and Stuart are brilliant! After an accident I had severe whiplash so that even swallowing was painful. Matt treated me and within a couple of days I was sooo much better. I've been seeing Lyndsey here and she's worked wonders on my back and shoulder prior to a Tough Mudder event. These things take time but I know I'm in good hands and the results so far have proved it. Thorough scans and sessions for all kinds of back shoulder and neck issues. They don't just look at the issue itself, everything is thoroughly checked over and assessed throughout the treatments. Would highly recommend!

Struggled for years with back pain, operations, physio, yoga all had minimal effect. 3 or 4 treatments and my pain was hugely diminished. In fact, in order to delay further surgery (I have little ones), I am having a maintenance treatment regularly which means I can function very well with a damaged spine. As an aside, I happened to mention I suffer the occasional migraine and regular headaches. One treatment over a year ago, no more migraines and weekly headaches are now a rarity. Absolutely recommended.
