I recently had my scan at hey baby and I must say I was very impressed.. from the moment I arrived me and my partner and our 2 children were made to feel at ease, the receptionist was very friendly and polite and explained everything to us, we were then escorted into the scan room to be met by the sonographer called wisdom, he was so friendly and made us comfortable, he explained everything and even included my children while he was scanning me.. he pointed out everything on the scan and showed me every part of my baby. He then revealed I was having a baby girl when the lights in the room turned pink 😍 he was amazing.. I rang my sister after the appointment and recommended hey baby as she is also pregnant with her 1st and she plans to book in when she reaches 16weeks. I would recommend it to everyone it was fantastic. Thank you so much 😊

I’ve been to hey baby a few times this is my first pregnancy and they’re absolutely amazing! The ladies that work at reception are so welcoming which had made my experience so much better! The sonographers are also so lovely. Would definitely recommend

I had a great experience at hey baby 4d for my gender scan, the people who worked there seemed very nice. Unfortunately though for saying I was just over 16 weeks the photos I got of baby was blurred and not clear whatsoever, you can’t even make out what he is on the scan photos, which is a shame as I was able to get clearer ones at 13 weeks so was expecting to see him better than what I did. Other than the photos though the experience was amazing the sonographer went through everything they would at the hospital.

Could not fault the service i received today during my early reassurance scan. It was so nice talking to all the ladies there and helped me to feel at ease. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that wants that reassurance before there 12 week scan.

Great experience at Hey Baby, we've had a few scans here and each time has been magical. We wouldn't go anywhere else! All the staff are lovely.

After a particularly stressful midwife appointment where she couldn't find a heartbeat but offered no other reassurance, I called HeyBaby4D half an hour before closing time asking if they could fit me in for a reassurance scan. Hearing how upset I was they stayed open past closing to give me a scan. The sonographer, manager and two receptionists all stayed late. They were all so kind before and after my scan (baby was fine, thankfully!) and the manager did not charge me. I had some complications during pregnancy and so returned to HeyBaby4D once a week until I could reliably feel baby kick. Baby is now 3 months old!

My experience was amazing when I had the gender scan , my baby wasnt playing ball so had it's back to us all , I think it was shy , I still got to see and hear the heart beat so that was great , staff was amazing to cant fault you guys at all so well done for the good work , it took a while to get the gender but we managed it I dont know what it is yet as I'm having a party to reveal it to everyone so thankyou for managing to get the gender . Upon arrival we were welcomed with a polite hello from the young lady behind the desk. There were two other girls there who were also polite however once I was asked to fill in a medical form (which I previously filled in online) they were chatting about how they hated the long hours working behind the desk and it was a little off putting. I was then asked if I wanted any extras and we had a look and politely refused which I’m glad I did. The ultrasound was under 10 mins which I wasn’t happy about as it was a 15 min appointment and it felt really rushed. Although everyone was nice and polite I felt as if i was a bit of burden and was rushed through for the next person. The quality of the ultrasound photos which were included in my package were quite poor to the point you can’t make anything out. For the money you pay I was expecting a little more care and I understand COVID is a thing but it wasn’t what I imagined it would be for the amount I paid.

I ended up being called to work on the day of my actual appointment so I rang not even 24 hours before, and they rebooked me and fit me in that same day! Which is absolutely amazing. Not only that I really enjoyed the scan experience and photos of my little baby. I’ll hopefully be returning to you again in this pregnancy! The scanner was a very nice gentlemen and the ladies on reception were fantastic. Thank you so much for my wonderful experience! It’s definitely worth the money 🥰

Hey Baby provide such a wonderful service! We used them for two of our baby scans so far and have never been left dissatisfied. The staff are so friendly and the sonographer goes to such lengths when the baby doesn’t want to cooperate! We love going for the scans in between the NHS ones and it allows you to have that much more bonding with you and the baby it’s so worth the money.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Michelle the sonographer is so warm and comforting. We suffered a missed miscarriage last year and she made the whole experience this time round so reassuring. We've been for an early scan and a later reassurance and both times she's been amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. The reception girls are also so welcoming and lovely. We can't recommend the derby branch enough to anyone :)

Went today for a early reassurance scan the reception lady and the lady doing the ultrasound we’re so lovely, helped me with any questions and put me at ease. I was very nervous as it was my first scan, as soon as I was in there I felt reassured & didn’t feel the need to ask many questions as the lady told me nearly everything I was thinking to ask. thank you for today I felt so better after finding out my baby bean (8weeks) has a perfect little heart beat. The clinic was clean hand sanitizer every where and we were the only couple in there, they defiantly followed COVID guidelines that helps makes you feel better xx

Lovely experience with really nice staff and a really safe environment. Went for a late reassurance scan and saw the baby's heartbeat, growth and also found out the gender after the medical checks. Would recommend even in the current situation and would love to come again.

AMAZING!!! We will prob leave feedback again after our son is born. But, this is the BEST place we have been for scans (we've haf hospital scans and a scan at another place). Hey Baby in Derby just makes you feel completely comfortable, VERY informative, caring attitudes, down to earth, reassuring, honest, genuine and just such a pleasure to go to. Especially with Covid and all thats happened, this little gem of a place has been such a safe haven for my husband and I to visit, for our beautiful rainbow baby. We feel so happy and blessed to be able to have been here (weve been about 5 times!). Michelle has been fantastic! Just a wonderful human tbh. We saw another lady once when Michelle was not there and she was lovely too. The reception team are lovely too, so from start to end its a perfect service. The black and white scans, the 4d scans, the detailed descriptions, the growth charts, the heartbeat, hearing the blood flow of the placenta, lookong at babies organs, gender reveals, as well as other services they offer eg group b strep tests etc! I would absolutely recommend Hey Baby!!! 1000% its just a phenomenal service. We have cried, laughed and been engaged through the whole process. Thank you guys, so so so much! Nat and Jan xxx

I had my early scan today. The ladies there were so friendly and nice. My sonographer was the sweetest. She was very gently and gave us enough time, gave me a rough due date (not had my NHS scan yet) and answered all my questions. The facility was easy to find. The room was nice and clean and so was all the equipment from what I could see. Plenty of parking too! Would definitely use again and highly recommend Hey Baby Derby.

Really loved this experience. Every one was so friendly and made it really special. Only thing was the gift pack I got at the end was out of date by about 6 months but i can deal with that for the amazing memory we made here. I had a gender scan at 16 weeks, smiled all the way through, the woman doing the scan also smiled all the way through and made me very comfortable. I highly recommend this to any one wanting an early scan.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Lovely, friendly staff. So many gifts to choose from you're spoilt for choice! In the scan they did a great job, they checked the gender numerous times to just make sure. They also tried a couple times in 4D even though I have an anterior placenta and baby having face in the placenta. Was so happy with the experience we received we book straight in again for at 30 weeks :) really looking forward to going back! Thank you to Lisa and Michelle who made our time at the clinic so enjoyable and the very friendly receptionist.

Had a 4d bonding scan at 30 weeks, my girl was being awkward and had her face covered with her hands and a foot, but Michelle, the sonographer, persistently tried to get her to shuffle a little, and eventually she moved for us. Really happy with the experience, and the price is certainly nothing to crease your nose at. I got loads of photos and a video of the whole session. I'd definitely recommend this place 👍

I had really good experience at hey baby. Staff was really friendly and helpful to help me find out sex of the baby. I knew that it should take 10 minutes only but my baby was hiding and lying in oakwood position which was difficult to identify sex of the baby. They asked me to walk around have some chocolate and come back a little bit later to complete scan. They spend more time on me than they should but helped me to find out. I was impressed with customers service and overall experience. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family! Thank you for everything!

The experience was amazing at Hey Baby. The staff were all fantastic; extremely helpful and welcoming. The scan itself was incredible and worth every penny to see the amount of detail the scan could show. The sonographer was so knowledgeable and told us about every different part of the baby. She was also very reassuring and checked baby's health while scanning. To confirm our baby's gender she showed us in close detail on the screen and explained what she was looking for. A wonderful experience, amazing value for money especially as we got to see the baby in 4D for so long. We would recommend Hey Baby to anyone we know who is expecting. Thank you!

I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment as I went to the wrong place, I still wasn’t rushed and the sonographer took me in straight away. My baby was sat with her legs crossed, I was offered fizzy drinks and an excercise ball to help make her move. The lady spent 45 minutes finding out the gender when they are only given 15 minutes per appointment. It was a lovely experience and they definitely went beyond what I expected. The lady on reception and the sonographer were both really nice and helpful, I will definitely go again during my pregnancy

I used hey baby at 28 weeks for a bonding scan and had an excellent experience. The reception was modern, professional, they had catered for my toddler which was great (a small table and coloring books and pens and the way the staff spoke to him and engaged with him was absolutely top notch!). The room we had the scan was spacious and comfortable for our family (myself, partner, toddler and mother in law all came) especially in comparison to Babybond in Nottingham which was small and cramped. There was lots of parking and it made the whole process really easy. The scan itself was professional and the photos and video were emailed out directly to me which was really smooth and efficient. My feedback on this process is how do I save the google docs video to my own files? I tried to do this a number of times but it will not save and I am worried that I may loose the images or video further down the line if when the google link expires.... I want my own copies. (Please can you help with this?) Scan photos themselves are only as good as the position of the baby- we got a few good ones so I am not complaining but we actually had more shots from the Babybond experience 3 years ago. Customer service 10/10 Venue 10/10 Scan photos 7/10 Video(hard to score as loved the streamline process of the link but am not sure how to download to keep this for myself so haven’t scored it) Value for money 10/10 (paid £135 and that was 3 years ago at babybond and this was c£70for pretty much the same thing) Would I recommend? Yes already have my friend is going next week. The teddy bear with recorded heartbeat of the baby is a lovely addition that we went for.

Id just like to say what an amazing experience my partner and I had when we visited Hey Baby. This is the first time we’d ever had a private scan and we couldn’t of been happier, as soon as we arrived we were welcomed with smiles and warmth which made us feel at ease, we were there for a 16 week gender scan and before we were scanned the lovely ladies at reception asked what we thought we were having and joked if we had any bets going (which we didn’t lol) once we got to the scan room everything was clean and professional and the sonographer was lovely, she showed us baby and reassured us everything was okay then revealed to us that were having another bouncing baby boy! we were even showed him in 3D which was amazing! Overall i can not fault them I would definitely return. I also recommended them to my uncle who’s having twins, who then went on to have their gender scan with them <3 Thank you Hey Baby your brilliant!

Upon arrival the staff were extremely friendly and kindly asked me to full out all required paper work whilst offering me a drink. I then went in to the scanning clinic which was very clean and the sonographer was very nice and explained me through everything that was happening. However, my stubborn baby was asleep and refused to wake up, so complementary the staff went on to offer me a sugary staff which woke them up in no time. As soon as my beautiful baby started to move around the sonographer managed to get amazing 4D images of all the features on the baby's face and the best part was to find out we were having a baby girl!! I am over the moon with our experience and am so glad I found out the gender at the clinic as I believe this made it an even more special and memorable day!!

Loved every minute of the experience at hey baby, it's in a good location and easy to find I your not familiar with derby. The staff and sonographer were lovely did not hesitate to answer any questions. Was so happy to see our baby at 10weeks and couldn't thank this place enough for the reassurance they gave us after having such a worrying pregnancy. The sonographer went through every detail that she was doing whilst checking the babies health and to see how strong the heartbeat was, was just amazing! Will recommend this place to everyone expecting and I will most deffonately be coming back at 16weeks for gender confirmation:-)

What a beautiful experience! This was the 3rd 4d ultrasound I have had and everytime our baby hides behind the placenta and shows us nothing. It was incredible to see our little boy for the first time. We all laughed at his chubby cheeks. Now he's born it's amazing how accurate the 3D images were. His mannerisms are all the same as how we saw him on the scan, and it was a privilege to be able to see him in his little world.
