We used the conferencing facilities at Oberoi Business Hub and were extremely pleased with the service we received, the conference room was modern and professional and was set up exactly as we required. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen and dining area which was decorated to an extremely high standard. We found staff members were friendly and very helpful and the experience of hosting our conference was made very easy for us. If we require a conference room we will be using Oberoi Business Hub again.

About Backs and Bones has relied on Oberoi Call Answering Service for approximately 8 years and I pay each invoice with relish: knowing that they don't do a good job - they do SO much more that that...They give me my life back! Previously, I rarely relaxed..always needing my phone by my side and constantly on the look-out for a quiet place to talk when the phone rang. Once Oberoi took over, I could unwind and choose when I had my 'down-time' or I could get on with my job as an osteopath or do my admin uninterrupted. We have had our own receptionist for some years now ..but still use Oberoi out of hours or when she is off and the communication between them is excellent. It amazes me how much information they retain about my business - especially as it evolves and changes. They are so efficient keeping us up-to-date on the calls they take; so we can respond instantly if we need to and the overview at the end of the day is invaluable as a record. For a number of years now, Oberoi has been providing phone cover for our pre-school and day nursery whilst closed over each of the school holidays. Details of each call are emailed immediately with a useful list of all calls and their respective details at the end of each day.
