We have used the Services of Dey's Family Funeral Care now 3 times in the last 19 months, for both of our beloved Fathers, and most recently for our beloved Daughter. The attention to detail, and for a personal touch 2nd to none, I can not recommended this family run business highly enough. All of them were with us every single step of the way, and nothing, and I mean nothing is too much trouble for them. Neil and indeed all of his team show so much empathy it is truly beautiful, and it's clear to see that it's all felt directly from their hearts. Well at the hardest of times this family run business was there for us! They went above and beyond to take the most amazing care of my husband (our children’s father). Neil and his team put us all at ease and made sure that we knew that nothing was too much trouble! They treated us the way I know my husband would have wanted. The level of care and understanding between passing away and the funeral was that of excellence! They treated the love of my life with the dignity and respect he deserved and for that I will be eternally grateful. As a family we could not Thank Deys enough for their support, help and advice. They cared for my mum with dignity and respect. All staff were compassionate and very helpful when ever we spoke or met. The celebrant recommended, gave a heart warming service; which felt like she knew our mum. Deys are a family firm and their passion and dedication showed. At that moment in your life, when your family face the pain of saying goodbye to a loved one, Dey’s is there and won’t let you down. Neil and his team are, I’m sure, the best there is. I would highly recommend not just for their professional service but also their care and compassion at a difficult time. GENUINE CARING STAFF, THANK YOU FOR HELPING US THROUGH AN AWFUL TIME ....KINDEST REGARDS FROM THE PALMER FAMILY, WOODLANDS. XXX From the very first phone call Neil spoke to me as a friend at a time I needed support, EVERY member of staff was the same, absolutely no edge. Neil was available 24hrs a day, his care for my mum at the crematorium is something I will remember for the rest of my life, at the end of the service Neil walked up to my mum and gave her a massive hug, not just a business type handshake as I have seen many times at previous funerals...... this was the most difficult time for me as a son, watching his heartbroken mum walk away from my dad for the last time, it really helped my mum because we all know the end of the service is the part we all dread. I feel I must remark on the price of the funeral; Dey's were the cheapest in Doncaster and only asked for £1000 deposit, most other companies wanted FULL payment before the funeral, my dads insurance cover has taken over a month to arrive so yet again this was a massive worry we did not have to think about. Please do not be put off by the competitive prices quoted by Dey's, the company do not cut corners and the cars are beautifully kept, the lad's carrying my dad also wore yellow ties at no extra cost.
