After an excellent experience a couple of years ago buying a car from Stoneacre Ackworth and being looked after by Brendon we decided to return for our new car. Once again we had a first class experience with our salesman David. We were allowed to take as much time as we wanted to pick our new car, in our case a couple of weeks, but still we were not pressured into buying. David was very patient and answered all our questions in a straightforward and honest way. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, we got a fair price for our old car, coffee on tap and a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wife on completion of the sale. What more could you ask for? We will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

First time I have brought a car from a garage and I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received from Mass based at Stoneacre, Newark Road, Peterborough. I made a call about the vehicle I was looking at in the morning. Mass said he would speak with me and have the car ready for my arrival. I didn't feel under any pressure to make the purchase at anytime and was allowed to take the car for a test drive alone with no fuss. They have certainly gained a new customer! I will be back to make a purchase when I fancy an upgrade! Thanks to all involved in making this a very smooth and easy process!

I used stoneacre Newcastle Scotswood Road all staff extremely helpful Steve Mcpherson helped me through everything as did his colleague, its very much a man's world buying cars but stoneacre made it very easy and I definitely recommend them nothing is a problem and I was told if I did have a problem to get back in touch I can't ask for more than they have done. Unfortunately this review is only for when you buy a car i don't recomend them when you leave the showroom although it wasn't the same garage it was still stoneacre car did less than 7000 miles all breaks completely worn down warning on all tyres quick to tell me that but cant respond to emails asking to book car in at a diff time or cx the service plan which they said I shd get around £20 back got 45p refund then they took another debit out of my acct.

I purchased my Seat Ateca FR Sport from the Barnby Dun branch and want to say thank you for everything, my experience as I had been to some other dealers on Wheatley Hall Road was totally different. This is one that the head office should know I placed a negative review at Mazda York road that's in the past. my wife saw a car advertised stoneacre Lincoln Volvo A class Mercedes so we arranged from head office to go to Stoneacre Barnby Dun road we pulled up in our car we was met straight away by a lovely host called Beth we was offered a cup of tea straight away we was met then by lots of lovely hosts we was both made to feel very special I said to my wife I cant believe how nice this feels so well done for getting it right hosts are a great asset to your company.now getting back to sales team Nathan Pugh who looked after us to a very high standard we was met by Chris sales manager and also John Buisness manager and also Steve Business manager in fact we was chatting to a lot of people in this dealership these people are a great asset to your company if you want your other dealerships to do well these people need to train those other dealerships they are great and My wife loves her new Mercedes Benz A class great experience.once again Thank you Brian and Anne.

I use Stoneacres for my service I've used stoneacre 3 times now. I feel I'm over surveyed if I didn't rate the organisation I wouldn't go there in the first place for my service. You asked me on the first visit for my feedback & I happily gave it to you. I have just had a call after service number 2 to gage my feedback, this interrupted my afternoon & stole my time. Feedback cut out the surveys - way too many in life it's getting ridiculous.
