From start to finish this is the way a company should perform, nothing short of outstanding. The care they took to protect my carpets was excellent whilst they worked. There was no pressure to pay the invoice, only when I was 100% happy with the job. I highly recommend them.

I have been a longstanding customer of Gastec (17 plus years) - after I chose them to install my combi boiler and 11 new radiators along with a shower and real flame fire/limestone fireplace. Since them they service both my boiler and real flame fire - they are easy to do business with and arrive on time - and if not phone ahead to say they are running late to set expectation. They also give you a 30 minute warning call - which is great t make sure you are in. A few years ago when my boiler finally packed in they cancelled jobs (services) to fit my boiler - appreciated since it was mid January. As said really easy to do business with and courteous from the off - highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this Company who recently installed a new boiler for us. From start to finish the service was impeccable. Alison in the office followed through on all requests and provided reassurance regarding payment which they did not request until job was completed and we were both happy with the work. Kevin and Gary both genuinely lovely men came to install the boiler and were extremely professional, clean and a pleasure to have in our home. Consistently excellent service the 4 times I’ve used them, most recently for a completely new heating system. They listen to your requirements and give you options to choose from. No hard sell, just objective and useful advice that allows you to make an informed decision. Very competitive pricing. When I got my new heating system installed, compatible parts they’d replaced the year before were reused keeping costs down and reinforcing my confidence in this company. They are kind and compassionate too - they also carried out repairs and a new install for my parents while my dad was undergoing chemotherapy and struggling with cold temperatures due to this, they squeezed them into their schedule when the boiler broke down in the middle of winter and got everything done super quick. Work area left clean & tidy. Please don’t hesitate to contact these guys, they are fabulous.

We needed to replace our unreliable boiler after it packed up again. Gas-Tec came out the same day we phoned them to provide a quote. They listened to exactly what we wanted, gave us two possible options for the installation and installed the boiler the following day. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would and left the house/garage clean and tidy. The price was really good and we didn't pay a penny until after it was installed and working. Highly recommended!
