WENT to see North West 200 race HIGHLIGHTS 2022 SCREEN 3 ON SUNDAY TEA TIME 9 IN *GOOD*

Clean seats, tasty snacks and more, great fun.

Went to watch the batman a few weeks ago very good altough ads were a pain to sit through but understandable since the movie is very long. Good seating, nice staff and just overall a great experience one thing I do have to say though is people behind me were quite annoying taking snaps and in general on their phones but I understand that is not the cinema's fault so I'll be giving 5 stars

One of the smaller Omniplex cinemas. As a regular cinema goer I have visited here many times. Good free parking, usually kept very clean and well laid out with pretty comfortable standard seating. Like all cinemas there is a premium for drinks and snacks but it is on par with others in the area. The range of snacks is a little limited, popcorn, bags of sweets, nuts and nachoes that are...less than stellar. Some crisps and a more varied snack selection, as well as offering hot drinks would be appreciated. The staff can be a bit of a mixed bag. The older supervisor and the younger members of staff seem the nicest. Had a good experience with an enthusiastic young man called Enda who dispenced tickets and food while maintaining an easy banter about films and the actors in the one we were about to see. Nice to see some staff with enthusiasm for film working there. The smaller size of the cinema and position in Dungannon means it is run more as a 'family' centred cinema which draws most of its audience for animated and blockbuster films. For more niche and smaller relase films or some critically acclaimed but less populace ones you are likely to have to travel to Craigavon, Cookstown or even the QFT. Price wise, if you want a cinema experience and maximum comfort then you are likely better off going to cookstown Ritz cinema. Their luxurious VIP seats are only £2 more than standard omnilplex tickets and actually £0.70 less than a maxx shows in craigavon. For the comfort, guaranteed good view, smaller audience and comfort that price point really makes me reconsider going to Dungannon. In Dungannon you are paying for convenience more than experience as there are no speciality screens or seating which means you can sometimes have a less than optimal cinema experience when a popular film has a large audience or rude audience members. Overall, a solid local 3 star cinema.

One of the smaller Omniplex cinemas in the chain but it's clean and has everything you need. Suits the size of Dungannon town well.... if you're looking for something bigger and better then head on down to the Craigavon Omniplex.

Far from the best cinema in the country but also far from the worst, it was expensive but comfortable, it was clean and modern but the nachos available in their consession where a very small portion and not baked correctly. Customer service was not terrible but also not engaging or friendly. Personally i would reccommend the cookstown cinema as an alternative as i feel that the pricing, atmosphere and customer experience is overall better despite it being a less modern location. All in all though i wouldnt avoid the place

I have always loved going to Omniplex Cinemas and was overjoyed when I heard one was coming to Dungannon! If you where turned off by the last cinema here (Global Cinemas) then I urge you to go back and try Omniplex.

I find having tickets allocating seats very inconvenient....I should be able to purchase a ticket and sit where I choose.....also no specials for pensioners..??....from seats to popcorn...not a cheap afternoon out....very inconvenient and pricey...!!!!
