2 new radiators fitted by Gordon today, very knowledgable with lots of advice about economic running of my central heating system. I will be contacting Gordon again soon to discuss the new energy saving ATAG boiler/system, hopefully it will save me more money when the fuel prices increase. We asked Gordon to give us a quote after we noticed he was doing a job for someone in our street... From the first initial meeting ,he was very genuine guy,giving us various options, advice and prices with no sales pressure at all.leaving the choices up to us. Our boiler needed upgraded,relocated and a smart system installed.we also had radiators removed. Gordon kept us updated each day on what work would be getting done and the next steps for the following day..he unfortunately encountered a few unexpected hurdles along the way,but he took these in his stride and nothing ever was a problem...he even worked late a few evenings making sure everything was left tidy and in working order to function as a household. Gordon is very hard working, trust worthy and competitively priced.you can tell has a passion for the work he delivers..which is always to a very high standard. Gordon was always on time, cheerful and great at explaining things to both myself and husband. He also temporarily repaired the side of our bath at no extra charge to save us from water damage. I have no hesitation in recommending Gordon Elliott solutions to anyone looking for work to be done and can't wait for him to do our next project.

My boiler broke unexpected last week, after reading a few good reviews about Gordon,, I decided to give him a ring, he came to my house on the same day and spent ages trying to find out the problems with the boiler and explaining to me what and why he was doing it. Because my boiler was 19 years old, I was prompted to get a new boiler which was more energy efficient and money saving. So we decided to install a new Atag boiler which was recommended by Gordon. The whole installation process was very smooth and professional, Gordon and his apprentice both worked very hard and pleasent. The boiler is working perfectly so far and hopefully it will continue to do the same and we'll save some money from now on. The thing I liked the most was that he communicated with me well all the time before and after installation. This is something some other installers needs to learn about.

I would highly recommend Gordon Elliott Solutions. After being let down by many plumbers. I am pleased I came across Gordon and his apprentice Rowan. Gordon takes the time to explain what's needed. It was an education. I am still learning! I had a new Smart boiler installed, new radiators and pipework. I'm amazed how quickly the job was completed. Gordon and Rowan worked until late at night. Lovely new boiler fitted by Gordon and his apprentice Rowan. Having workmen in your house all day can be a bit stressful, but they are two really nice lads and I felt really comfortable with them, and they stayed late to get the job finished in one day, 👍 10/10, I will be using them again.

A few days before Christmas our boiler decided to pack in and leave us with no hot water. After reading the fantastic reviews, we gave Gordon a call. Despite being busy, Gordon called round that very same night to take a look. He is friendly, professional and gave excellent advise/options. In the end, we needed a new boiler. Gordon was able to fit us in quickly and did an amazing job. Clean, tidy and a master at what he does. I normally feel uncomfortable if someone is working in my home, however, this wasnt the case with Gordon. He makes you feel completely comfortable, like a family friend. We couldn't recommend higher the service provided by Gordon & apprentice Rowan at GES. We'd used their services for a few small jobs already and this week following his advice just upgraded to a brand new combi boiler and removal of our old tanks. Can't rate more highly. We went to put on our heating last night and noticed a drip coming from our boiler. We of course were panicked. I'd remembered seeing a recommendation on a local Sacriston site for Gordon Elliott. I messaged him and he got straight back to me and said he could come and check out the problem today. Gordon and his apprentice were so pleasant from arriving, he kept us informed as to what he was doing throughout. They went well beyond expectations to get our boiler up and working, even travelling to get a parts needed to sort out the issues twice. We are now sat in our house warm and cosy. So in short expedient, expert service, well priced and will 100% use again. 10 out of 10 can't recommend higher!

Gordon came out to attend to our poorly boiler, and two days later, we had a smashing new ATAG high efficiency one intstalled and our old boiler and copper tank removed. Radiators were all balanced and working. The wireless control for the thermostat wasn't functioning properly but Gordon arranged a replacement which arrived the next day, and was installed the day after that. Now all is running smoothly, and we're testing and tweaking our new heating schedule from the smartphone app that comes with it. Anyway, as always, having Gordon, accompanied by Rowan this time, in the house doing work is never a chore, as long as kept fuelled with Coffee. Thanks for the warmth, and here's looking forward to some more efficient heating bills coming up! Thanks Gordon!

Gordon and Rowan put some serious graft in for our new boiler to be fitted. We needed the boiler relocated, upgraded, and a smart system installed. They were here early, worked late and overcame several unexpected hurdles. Gordon gave loads of advice and made sure we understood all our options. Hard working, trust worthy and fairly priced. Absolutely recommend. Update... Really happy with ATAG, Tado, and GES. After several months of the boiler being installed and monitoring the gas usage via the smart meter i have noticed a drop in gas use of approximately £0.50 per day, calculating that it saves around £2,555 over the 14 years.....even before gas price tariff changes! It is quiet, and even looks nice.

We used G.E.S for a new boiler install / conversion from a conventional boiler to an all singing / dancing combi boiler. We also had a new bedroom fitted at the same time by G.E.S, had a gas leak repaired and had all of our old gas pipes replaced! I'm not going to lie and say it was straight forward, but Gordon did a fantastic job keeping disruption to a minimum(!) and the end result is like chalk and cheese. You will be surprised how much better the system is if you are converting like ourselves, turn on the hot tap and get hot water!! (without having to plan hours before when you are wanting hot water). It also gave us a lot more room, getting rid of both water tanks in our loft and also the huge immersion tank. The Mrs now has an extra wardrobe for clothes - not convinced that is a good thing... The nest is also a very nice touch, controlling the heating with schedules, an app and a fancy dial on the wall. Think it will be cold returning from work? Just stick the app on and turn the heating on whilst at work ready for getting home, easy! We are very pleased with the work that G.E.S carried out and would highly recommend them for any of your installation needs, just keep in mind you will need a good stock of Pizzas, coffee and tea :)
