As a Crossfitter and business owner, I have found the DeRose method to be a game changer.
The physical aspect of the practice has really improved my mobility, flexibility, and core strength, and this has really made a positive impact on my Crossfit performance. In fact, some days Luciana's classes can feel as tough to me as a Crossfit class!
There is so much more than the physical side of the practice. The breath work and meditation have been amazing for lowering my stress levels and helping me deal with my business life, as well as daily life stresses.
I'd wholeheartedly recommend Derose Method to anyone, it doesn't matter who you are, Luciana is an amazing instructor and will get the very best out of you. She gives 100% to her students, and changes their live for the better. She is a fountain of knowledge, and I feel I have learned so much from her.
Give it a go...it will improve your life on so many levels!

While visiting in Edinburgh I joined Luciana's class several times and enjoyed the care with which she helped me do the various poses to the best of my ability. Also I loved the community feeling with a coffee or tea before class and luncheon on Saturday. It made me feel at home.

I’ve been attending DeRose classes for several years. If you’re reasonably fit and maybe looking to try something a wee bit more sophisticated than the usual treadwheel gym and yoga routines, I’d really recommend giving it a go. Yes, the techniques focusing on holding balance and strength challenge both body and mind, but the payoff is really satisfying, so much more than just getting in shape – it’s all about increasing self-awareness, connecting with yourself and sorting yourself out, breath by breath. A friendly, welcoming vibe, a fab bunch of people, and an inspirational, expert, caring teacher.
