We were thrilled with the levels of service from Edinburgh Glass and Glazing. From our initial inquiries through to agreeing a sale, there was never a heavy sales pitch or pressure to buy, simply advice on the best options for us which we really appreciated. The two workmen who fitted our windows, Ronnie and Jake, were a genuine pleasure to have in our home. I’d especially recommend this company to any people on their own who are a bit nervous about having strangers in your home – my partner wasn’t around during installation (away for work) however I couldn’t have felt more comfortable or at ease with Jake and Ronnie. They even tackled the many spiders in our window frames which was much appreciated. Without a doubt the most professional workmen I've ever encountered – I’m actually a bit sad we don’t have more windows for them to replace! The work itself was carried out meticulously – no reparatory work to surrounding window frame areas is needed and no mess was left behind.

Fantastic service from Alistair and his teams. During installation, we had some loose stonework that posed a challenge, especially being a top floor flat. They quickly arranged for a builder and stonemason to come and address the issue which was fixed already the next morning so the new windows could go in. Very happy and we thoroughly recommend Edinburgh Glass & Glazing!

I was very impressed with all points of contact With EG&G, from the initial contact with Peter who explained everything in a clear and friendly manner to the quote from Alistair, providing a full detailed breakdown of each window, their dimensions and look (Alistair also helped us tweak the design to ensure we wouldn't open windows out to anyone on the street!) to the actual fitting by Ronnie & Jake who were highly conscientious, professional, minimising disruption and dust as much as possible and very friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Edinburgh Glass & Glazing.

We had quite a large domestic glazing job done in Sept 2016. From the first enquiry at the showroom, to the final picking up of snags, the service was first class. The price was very reasonable and no payment was taken until the job was done. The fitters were a pleasure to have in the house and cleaned up as they went along. It really is refreshing to get service of this quality.The final result is excellent, and as promised, no redecoration to do. If we had known how easy it would be, we would have done this years ago!

Was looking for a local established company to quote for 6 new double glazing windows. Visited their premises and spoke to Alistair (partner) who arranged in double quick time for one of their glaziers came out to measure up and a quote was provided. With the quote being acceptable the joiner who was to fit the windows also came out to double check the sizes and discuss the finish. Windows now fitted and look great. The two fitters Gary & Kevin tidied up after them and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We had 10 windows and a new front door fitted. We also had all the windowsills and facings replaced with wood (previously they were UPVC). Steven and Alistair were great in providing guidance and agreeing final finishes etc. Gary and Kevin fitted all the items and did a fantastic job, were on time every day and didn't leave any mess behind them at all. I'd absolutely recommend this company. I called them this morning for a quote on 2 windows which need replaced and help to get my new fridge freezer into my kitchen via the window. Within an hour they came to look at the job. The freezer was an urgent job and in the afternoon they came removed the window and moved my fridge freezer through the window into my kitchen. Super speedy service and the guys were fantastic, they went above and beyond the call of duty, the fridge freezer was HUGE! The lovely lady Jackie who I spoke to was super friendly and helpful too. I Contacted Edinburgh Glass with regards to getting Glass Splash-backs fitted in my Kitchen. I was very happy happy with the level of service and the price quoted. After providing Edinburgh Glass with templates for the Splash-backs I was given timescales of when I could expect them to be made and delivered which was all done on time and as promised. Needed a Large bespoke mirror for my living room. the guy who came to measure up gave me good advice about the type of mirror which would look best for the style of room, next day, the mirror was on the wall and looking great and they tidied up afterwards.
