I had a herniated disc that I had been attempting to recover from for around three months and was still in significant, daily pain when I went to see Paul. He listened to me explain what had been happening over the previous three months before taking me through for an x-ray. I was nervous as I had a previous negative experience from about ten years prior with a chiropractor but Paul couldn't have been more kind and thoughtful to put me at ease. He then explained what he was going to do before he made his adjustments and after just a couple of sessions the improvements were profound and I was back to normal within a few weeks. He gave simple, easy to follow rehab exercises to do by myself to aid recovery as well as recommending a balance board to strengthen my core. He's not only an incredibly skilled chiropractor but an exceptionally lovely guy and I couldn't recommend him more.

First of all, I would like to especially thank Paul for being amazing! Every single time I’ve been welcomed with a smile! My treatment was quicker than I expected!! Dr Paul is a extremely caring and professional chiropractor. He has helped me with various ailments relating to my hobbies, specifically my low back pain which can occasionally irritate the nerve going down my leg. I now go every few weeks to make sure that I'm at my best. I would trust him to take care of loved ones, which is why my wife has been seeing him during her pregnancy. She has seen her energy levels balance out, as well as getting better sleep which was causing her trouble through her first trimester. Her headaches were also alleviated which she cannot be more happier about. We both highly recommend Paul!
