Great serviced offices - very clean and modern, and the shared spaces are always immaculate. The management team are extremely responsive if you have any questions or on the rare occasion of an issue, and organise regular social activities to help you meet fellow tenants. Broadband is a decent speed (both down and up) and has been rock solid, don’t think there has been a single outage since we’ve been here.

I have been renting office space in Bonnington Bond for a number of years. The Pure Offices management is excellent, the space is well maintained. The social aspects of being a tenant here are fun without being invasive. The biggest plus for me is the well lit, covered and very secure bike shed.

We had previously looked at basing ourselves at the PURE office in Leith, however decided to move to a different (non-PURE) serviced office space in the centre of Edinburgh. After a year there, we took the right decision to move to Anderson Place and immediately regretted not doing so a year prior. Not only is communication with management responsive, but the services on offer are excellent. I am especially grateful for the covered and secure bike sheds, immaculate shower facilities, clean and open shared areas and reactive maintenance. Due to the pandemic we have not had many guests, but those who have visited (and those who have been treated to a Zoom/Teams tour) have all been very impressed. Such positive feedback on our office space reflects well on us as a company and those compliments are a reflection of the team here at the Bonnington Bond.

Location is great. There are number of shops nearby that offer plenty for lunch. There is also a gym/swimming pool at the end of road if you want to be more active. The building is well looked after with good communal spaces, meeting rooms etc. The office management team are very helpful and friendly, creating a good place to work.

Fantastic office space - communal areas are kept really clean and tidy, there's parking available for a reasonable cost, a great cafe on the ground floor, meeting rooms are available for hire and there are phone booths if you need a private space. The office manager and office assistant are so helpful, really organised and kind - nothing is ever too much trouble for them which makes working there a dream! They also organise things like bake sales and social get togethers which are some of the things that make this such a nice place to work from.

But Pure Office Leith has Charm, Charisma, culture and fantastic pro-active personnel, who make the place so attractive to work and spend time. Our tour company has been based at Pure Offices in Leith for 6 years now. The 30-day notice periods have been great for our company, so that we've been able to switch office suites in the same building a couple of times in that period as we required more space whilst the business grows. First Derek, then Craig and now Lesley (the buildings' manager) have been extremely helpful any time there have been issues, and use of the communal meeting room/s, as well as internet + phone included as part of the package, makes things simple. If we'd have had to rent a standalone office with all these facilities, it would have cost us a lot more, I can't think of a better option in the area for small and growing businesses.
