They provided a super quick and friendly service when I needed a sworn translation of a German birth certificate. I contacted them on Monday and held it in my hands on Thursday morning. From start to finish Laura, the project manager was friendly, in touch by email and offered a personalised service. This included a scanned copy of the birth certificate to speed up the translation. She has a team of talanted people at her fingertips and even offered me quicker guarnteed overnight delivery if I needed it. I was sent the copy by email to proof read to make sure I was happy, which of course I was. I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone in the UK who needs a sworn translation for official purposes such as passports, naturalisation or other legal purposes.
