There is notary and other services. They work great. Only problem is the waiting time for notary because people's requests might be completely different and intensive. It is not the problem caused by staff there. Just bear on mind this situation if you plan to buy a return ticket etc not to miss it.

Staff was very welcoming and respectful. I applied for our new ID cards, registered my dual citizenship and collected my son's new passport. Polite, helpful, elegant officers and diplomatic staff. Waiting periods might be a bit too long. Watch out for the photo standards required to be complied with: 50x60mm ,white background. Otherwise, you get instant rejection.
