A.The website directed me to what was potentially wrong and it was easy to book an appointment as there is an online facility. Easy to find in the West End of Glasgow and they send you an intro video which shows you what to expect. Lovely staff and busy place which gives off a positive feeling. Dealt with my issue and provided options for treatment. Ongoing with my treatment and feeling better already. If got an issue would have no issue in recommending this practice.
J. T.I've been various different forms of therapy and vendors over the years being involved with high level sports. This is one of the best experiences I have encountered. My therapist (Michelle) was knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about treating my issue. If you have an issue with your back book in and follow their instructions, they will do everything humanly possible to aid your recovery.

s. y.I contacted Cram for advice after living with pain across the middle of my back and shoulder/neck for over 3 years (!) thinking it was just 'tight muscles'. I'd been trying yoga, stretching, massage, exercise but nothing was helping. It was excruciating at times. I'd never considered that an osteopath could help! My appointment was with Michael who listened to what I had been experiencing, examined my spine, posture etc, and explained thoroughly what he thought was going on. He assured me it was nothing much to be worried about and would have me feeling better in around 6-10 sessions. I attended weekly and felt the benefits week by week. So, as predicted, after 6 sessions I am 99% free of what I have been experiencing. Such relief! The only reason I'm not saying 100% is because I know that I may have to return now and again for the odd treatment.

F. R.When I put my back my back out 3 weeks ago I was recommended to see the Crams by a friend that had also suffered severe back pain.
I really was in agony, never had pain like it. Extremely stiff, putting my shoes and socks on was a scene from a slapstick comedy. Getting on and off the loo was not an easy job. Worst of all, I was off work! Being self employed this was a big problem.
Over the following week I saw different team members of the Crams. All of them really great and very helpful.
There was no mucking around they just told me what was wrong and that it is very common and just got on with treating it. Giving me just what I wanted.
The pain relief was brilliant and I was back to work the next week.
I am very grateful and thankful I went to the Crams and comforted that I know exactly where to go if this ever happens again.

H. K.I entered the building with a walking stick and my body attempting to walk into walls with dizziness. I exit standing upright, walking straight and carrying my stick. A successful Epley Manoeuvre from Joanna treating BPPV giving me back my balance and eyesight just in time to watch Scotland's epic football success!
A side effect of the Epley was a reduction in the tension in my neck, I would imagine caused mostly by slouching over my computer all day (and iPad and mobile), so I will be booking in for some other osteopathic treatments soon to keep this going. Huge thanks to Joanna and Michael.
