Needed to extend my loft hatch as it was very small. Kris and Gary from Easyreach came around and then widened the hatch and fitted the ladders up as well flooring part of the attic so I could store some stuff. It is like having another room. They tidied up after themselves and left the place really clean. If you are thinking of getting your loft floored and easy ladders up to it, then give these guys a call. Great value for money, too! Kris and Gareth arrived early on Monday morning (on one of the hottest days on record) to complete loft flooring with ladders and there was not one complaint out of them. After the job was finished I felt the heat first hand in the loft and it was extreme so fair play to them, they could have easily postponed the job but chose not to. The blokes were absolutely amazing. The loft ladder was installed in a short time, they didn't make a mess, and it looks amazing. I would thoroughly recommend this company. They even worked through my Catahoula barking at them constantly from the bedroom! They were so nice and personable, and fantastic communicators. Contacted Easyreach Loft Ladders a few weeks ago, on recommendation of a family member who previously used the company. Kris was extremely friendly to deal with, he gave a date of time for the job to be carried out replacing existing ladders. Great company. Kris was so good both on the phone when I was enquiring and subsequently booking him to fit a loft ladder and new hatch. The price was good and when he arrived he was so bubbly and cheery that you were instantly at ease. He looked at our existing hatch and told me there was nothing wrong with that and if he fit another one it would be pretty much exactly the same so there was no point spending out on it. This built more trust as their ate some that would have probably just fit a new one and took the extra money. The way the hatch was situated with the trusses made it awkward to fit as he would normally but quickly worked around that. The ladder is so easy to pull down and put back up. Overall I would highly recommend as great, professional, friendly service.

Easy Reach Loft Ladders arrived at the agreed time. Even though they encountered the oddities of a pre-1910 house they fitted the ladder with adjustments to the regular method at no extra cost. Having previously fitted - and replaced - loft ladders from B&Q which simply did not last, I decided if I needed to replace yet again I would get something more substantial professionally fitted. True to form, the cheapo ladder cracked on one of the uprights, making the ladder unsafe and unable to close. Easyreach were able to get me an appointment at very short notice, I would guess probably squeezing me in as last fitting of the day.
