Window sash cords snapped and window frame came apart as rotten. KC Glazing came by lunchtime and took out old frame and glass and put in temp boarding. Responded quickly etc. Would use again and recommend

I contacted KC Glazing to replace the glass in my patio door which had broken due to the heat. I initially got in touch via WhatsApp and quickly received a quote for the repair. Once I decided to go ahead with this Charles and Sean visited my house on the following day to take the measurements and then completed the repair as soon as they collected the new glass from the supplier. Overall the experience was extremely easy and I would not hesitate to recommend KC Glazing to anyone. They were very professional and friendly and I would certainly use them again in future.

I called Charles at 7am on a Saturday morning to come and sort my shop door after vandalism. He came all the way down to Greenock on a Saturday and got me boarded up and a replacement security glass sorted quickly.

Incredible service. I had contacted another glazer and had a bad experience with all these middle men and woman and was quoted a high price. If you have a broken window, then these are the guys to call . After calls to about five or six other firms, KC Glazing were next on the list. Instead of telling me "they had no one in the area" or "can I wait till Monday?" I was put through to the glazier who be carrying out my repair. Five Stars doesn't not really cover it. Charles was pleasant, polite, very skilled and worked very quickly and efficiently. A call to KC Glazing and your window is as good as repaired.

Really pleased with the service start to finish. Got a quote really quickly over WhatsApp for a shattered glass patio door, the guys came out the next day to measure up & installed the new glass quicker than expected. They even adjusted how my doors were sitting as they could see they were rubbing when opening & closing (something I didn’t even notice). Couldn’t recommend them more!

Contacted KC Glazing as a pane of glass had fallen out of our old skylight. Sean was very helpful and gave me a rapid quote once I WhatsApped him photos of the damaged window and it's location. We arranged a time which was kept to and Sean resecured both old panes of glass. Courteous, friendly and professional. Charles got in touch very quickly from my first enquiry, got the replacement glass ordered and he and Sean turned up, quickly removed the broken sash window, spirited it away for a short while and had it all fixed and reinstalled with minimum fuss and next to no mess. Great experience from the outset. Called to inquire about having 2 double glazed units installed, received a friendly response and the glazer was out within 2 days to measure them up. Communication was frequent and the glass was installed within 1 week - times and scheduling was fluid (agreed to my preference). Price was given at the initial measuring and didn't change. Superb service. Called out late one evening to Milngavie for an emergency repair of a smashed window (attempted burglary) and came very quickly (90 minutes) and secured the window and cleaned up the mess. My sister and I locked ourselves out of our house and had to borrow a hammer to break a door window to get back in. I phoned KC Glazing at 10a.m. and by 1.30 Charles and Sean had been out and fixed it so that it is as good as new. They were fast, friendly and efficient and I couldn't praise them highly enough. They took great care not to damage the door and their charge was very reasonable. Any other glass jobs I have will definitely go to KC Glazing. Brilliant service.
