Superb job done by David and his team in installing a new boiler. My requirements weren’t exactly standard requirements but all went smoothly on the day. David turned up on time as agreed and worked professionally along with his colleague, Sean. Great communication, requested boiler service, David arranged a slot for next day and gave an hours notice before arrival. Very polite, tidy and thorough worker. Gave advice on how to use boiler more efficiently which had never been passed on before by any other engineer during installation and services. Picked up and rectified a gas safe issue which again had been there since installation. (vent not sealed to wall). I'll be using McQueen Heating from now on. Happy to recommend.

Great service start to finish. Initial contact was to service boiler which discovered serious issues. David provided an option to fix though in the end we decided to replace the boiler with a new model. He was very knowledgeable in assisting with a replacement. Got a brand new boiler fitted in early December and they did a fantastic job. Arrived prompt first thing in the morning as agreed and had old boiler out and new boiler fitted with a minimum of fuss and left the kitchen tidy and exactly the way they found it. They responded to my call on a Sunday and had Sean come out on the following Tuesday, with plenty of SMS info about times. Got boiler limping along so David and Sean came out next day to do more repairs and fix a more permanent solution. They stayed longer than anticipated but only billed for the time quoted (I offered to pay more, they were that good). Both very knowledgeable and capable. Good patter too. This took place in lockdown so both wore masks and used disinfecting wipes where possible. Excellent service.
