Great communication, requested boiler service, David arranged a slot for next day and gave an hours notice before arrival. Very polite, tidy and thorough worker. Gave advice on how to use boiler more efficiently which had never been passed on before by any other engineer during installation and services. Picked up and rectified a gas safe issue which again had been there since installation. (vent not sealed to wall). I'll be using McQueen Heating from now on. Happy to recommend.

David recently did my boiler's annual check. He arrived promptly, wearing face mask and gloves. He reassured me straight away about the safety precautions he would take while he was in my house - keeping a 2 metre distance at all times and wiping down every surface where he was working. They responded to my call on a Sunday and had Sean come out on the following Tuesday, with plenty of SMS info about times. Got boiler limping along so David and Sean came out next day to do more repairs and fix a more permanent solution. They stayed longer than anticipated but only billed for the time quoted (I offered to pay more, they were that good). Both very knowledgeable and capable. Good patter too. This took place in lockdown so both wore masks and used disinfecting wipes where possible. Excellent service.
