After making contact with Ashley due to a boiler issue, he sent Lyn the engineer out who arrived promptly, diagnosed and arranged the parts required there and then. Half hour after leaving I had Ashley back on the phone with the cost of the repair and the rebooking to have the boiler repaired as soon as the part arrived. The repair was also done in speedy fashion and invoiced to me with concise payment options. Thanks all! Will use again and again!

I was pleased that the engineer they sent was Mo, who had previously visited and had been exceptionally polite, friendly, and efficient, as had the apprentice he brought with him. Mo arrived on time and immediately got to work, explaining what he was doing and appearing to be very conscientious. Choosing a plumber or gas engineer can be difficult, but I strongly recommend this small business. "

Rang Ben in a panic as a pipe had burst in the kitchen and water was running out everywhere. Stop tap wouldn't turn it off. He came out in 10 minutes. Replaced the pipe that goes to the tap and that fixed the leak. So grateful for him coming out so quick as the damage would have been even worse! Thank you Ben!
