My friend and I got the ultimate spa experience, 5 hours of heaven! The girls are so talented and lovely. Especially the girl I had, so friendly and chatty. Emily ( I think that was your name, sorry we chatted so much and didn't even get your name!) Was amazing, I have bad anxiety and she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Definitely worth going and we will be back soon! One of the best spa experiences I've had x

There was a complete mix up by the spa with my booking that I made 5 weeks in advance and I was told this could not be corrected which left me requesting to cancel my appointment and having no where else to book with such short notice. The spa supervisor Sascha called me to discuss this matter and resolved the issue for me ensuring my treatment could still go ahead. She also offered me 20% off for the confusion and stress of this which was much appreciated. Donna-Marie was my masseuse for my pregnancy massage and took really good care of me. I felt really hot/dizzy at one point during my treatment and she made sure I was comfortable, got me water to cool me down and even provided me with a spray fan to help - Thanks again for taking such good care of me!

My mum and I had full a body massage yesterday. It was bliss. I had a pregnancy massage and felt like I floated out. Highly recommend. Everyone was friendly and wanted to cater to your needs.

Utterly disgraceful. Husband booked me signature massage as tenth wedding anniversary present. Received confirmation/reminder email with times yesterday. Arrived for appointment to find closed. Waited 20mins but still nobody. Then when making a complaint in main reception, girl came to say "sorry but it's not my fault, we left you a message and treat well shouldn't have booked you in because we don't open until 9 30 on a Friday. I have children" so firstly there was no message. Secondly you can't claim no responsibility because it was the company you pay to get extra business from that booked it. Thirdly I have two children and a full time job. I appreciate the complexities of juggling time nut would never expect a paying customer to excuse my mistake in those grounds. Update: following my initial 1 star rating I have to in fairness update to a three following amazing way of dealing with complaint shown by manager, Donna. Incredibly nice and seemingly genuine apology. Free treatment offered but not accepted, however really appreciate the offer and the effort made to rectify. It's a real shame that the girl this morning couldn't have just said sorry because money off was never the goal, just the treatment paid for with a simple apology for the mix up and left at that without the blaming then negative review wouldn't have been necessary in first place.

I used the spa facilities and a had a treatment here recently. The treatment itself was lovely and the staff member was friendly however, they didn’t provide a hot chocolate (which was part of the treatment I booked) and I felt quite rushed by the staff member...rushed through to the spa when I arrived and rushed into the treatment room when I arrived at the allocated time for my treatment. Not quite as relaxing as I would have wanted

Went with my BF today and got a hot stone massage. It was amazing. My BF got the Swedish massage and loved it too. So relaxed. Girls that work there are so lovely. Will defo be back.

The swimming pool was nice if not a bit small. The special offer we got at the spa was a bit misleading as we couldn't get a full massage without paying extra.
